The EV charging spots are constantly blocked by delivery trucks when the delivery trucks could line up against the back end of the fence but no they have to block the building and park people in.

The unisex bathroom definitely needs attention.. there was fecal matter on the toilet and toilet paper holder..
Also the meat and seafood employee could have been allot better in costumer service.
2 paying costumers walked away cause of her attitude..

Asked for a chocolate cake , the Karen that makes cakes here will make your cake how she wants ,not how you want it . Not only was it disgusting and not what I ordered it left my daughter very disappointed

Tried to use the men’s bathroom just now. DISGUSTING. Waited for ten minutes to use the unisex bathroom before a young male employee walked out of it. Toilet seat? Covered in what is unquestionably pee. Covered. I had to walk out before I imploded. I couldn’t use any other restrooms and had to go to a McDonalds across the road.

Since when an Adult Person has to show up an ID to purchase NyQuil? That is a joke. The cashier girl didn't let me get The NyQuil because I didn't have my ID.

This is the worst grocery store I've ever shopped from, and some of the most incompetent people I've ever met seem to flock for employment here. Not only did they lose my grocery order that I ordered from their site! But! They also refused to refund my $127.00 they deducted from my account with no groceries to show for it, on top of saying they're not responsible. The store manager was of no use, I'm surprised she was able to figure out how to fill out the application to acquire that position. I will most definitely be contacting corporate letting them know they are scamming people out of their money! THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!

I use to love that store, but, the past few times I've been there, I'm really beginning to change my opinion. They refuse to slice lunch meat (ham) at the deli unless it's the most expensive brand, some products do not ring up with the sale price, and, just today, I asked someone that was in the customer service center to look in the lost and found because I'd lost a insulated coffee cup, and he said that he couldn't do so. The one customer service person that was there was helping someone with a return and paying bills, and my ride was waiting at the door for me. So, knowing that I couldn't keep my ride waiting, I had to leave. I don't understand what would be so hard about looking in a box by someone that was just standing there. Very poor customer service!

The guys in electronics are horrible. No help. Rude. And they push their political views on the customer. Been shopping here for over ten years. I won’t be back.

Ever since we moved back to the gorge in 2018 & Fred Myer began offering grocery pick up, it has been a great service. If there is anything missing they are quick to correct it. Staff is always super friendly rain or shine. My family appreciates you all.
