Wasted an hour of my time waiting for an hour change just to have them tell me they don’t actually have an oil filter to change my oil. After wasting an entire hour of my life the best they could do to make up for it was %17 off. Second time I’ve come here and gotten terrible service both times.Service: Oil change

Very nice auto buying experience.Ive bought many autos in my lifetime and this by far was my most pleasant experience buying a carAl and Christian were great.Al was very friendly knowledgeable about the car and not pushy.Christian was thorough and closed the deal quickly. I would reccomend Columbia Gorge Toyota to anybody.

Columbia Gorge Toyota Service Department is not what I'm used to. Wheeler Toyota, Grants Pass, is much more professional and provides a much better experience. For instance, I did not receive a tire rotation, air pressure check on spare tire, or bottled water which are complimentary in Grants Pass. Columbia Gorge Toyota Service Department was confused and did not instill confidence.
