FANTASTIC! JD and his team were superb in specifically handcrafting accentuations to a customized cross that I had previously made out of 14-karat gold. While this took several weeks, the wait was well worth it with the attention to detail and care that JD and his jeweler colleague put into this project. I have been to their jewelry store previously for some specific watch band sizing on a Piaget Men's Polo watch. The service and their patience is exceptional, as is their work and care undertaken to ensure that their clients specificities are truly satisfied. Thank you!

Jason is detail oriented and supports his customer’s exact wishes. Incredible selection of jewelry inside his shop. I had a custom ring made and I’m 100% satisfied.

If you’re in or around the Columbia River Gorge I highly recommend this store! The staff is great and they do everything from repairs to custom work! The staff has years of experience and is highly knowledgeable! It’s always a pleasure to visit the store!

What a wonderful store! I stopped in for a buying event they were hosting. First and foremost the buyers were so informative and professional. I enjoyed every minute of it. Both buyers, Holly and Alex were kind, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. They really made this such a fun experience! The store itself was full of extremely talented staff members and amazing pieces of jewelry. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

They hosted a gold buying event. The “buyer” offered 25% below spot price. Poor business practices. Will NOT be a customer.

I had some work done here to get a bracelet re-sized as well get some jump rings soldered on 2 necklaces. The wait time was out a couple weeks but the prices are fair and the work was high quality.

I was pretty confused as to what I wanted in creating a new wedding ring for me using my own diamonds. Jason worked with me, suggesting settings and solving my problem with my big knuckles. The hinged ring is a miracle. I love my ring so much. Thank you Jason. I also ask him to make another ring using a few small stones I had. It is a sweet little ring that I also love. Highly recommend JD Jewelers. 10 stars!⭐️

I have been doing business with JD Smith for around 35 years or so & have been satisfied up until recently. I left my wedding rings to have the shank re-soldered just after I had them repaired. Well, first off they put my rings under a different name & when my rings were finally ready, they contacted the person who's name they had incorrectly put my rings under. Thankfully that person didn't go & collect my rings! Then after having my rings repaired for the shank, I believe I was over charged. I do want to pay what is fair, I just think it is like I was charged too much!
