I’ve been in several times with my Dad now, and we’ve always been treated well with a smile and kindness. The woman there ( sorry don’t remember her name), was very helpful with testing our pool water sample, and directed us to what we needed to buy.

My mother purchased a Quadra Fire pellet stove from them. They delivered/installed spring 2021. Most of the issues we had with it were due to our own lack of knowledge. They were very helpful and super nice.
We are now moving and don't need it anymore, do they buy them back?
