However, the store is not as spiffy looking as it could be, with displays making it difficult to get a shopping cart through. While Petco charges somewhat more for most products, the good staff makes customers confident when shopping there. The store is also described as accommodating to visitors.

Friendly and efficient staff were noted especially given the fact that they were exceptionally busy and I did not see a large number of staff/ associates within the facility.
