This store has almost no stock on the shelves. I could not find any fluoride free toothpaste. There were few options for soap. A clerk looked really sick, like contagiously sick, exactly the opposite of what I want in a pharmacy. I won’t be going back.

Arrive 5 minutes early this evening, to find the doors already locked. My husband is a vet from
another part of OR and he desperately needed his syringes for his insulin injections this evening. Don't know if we will now have to make a trip to the er due to the lack of compassion. Very sad the world we live in today.

I needed a cane tip for my cane. There was only one size available so I asked the gal in charge at the cash register area. She said it probably isn't large enough, but took the cane and worked and worked with until it fit perfectly. It will last as long as the cane!

I wish I could give 5 stars, my problem is not with service, nor with Staff. Standing to wait in line for Rx, is impossible for me, physically. Every visit customers echo this issue. There needs to be a 'sit in line' process, get benches and 'take a numbers'

I reviewed this place about 1.5 years ago. And I tell you all again that pharmacy treats everyone like total SNOBS!!! Corporate calls and saids they'll fix it. A month later they said they wanted to see at that Rite Aid location I hesitated but agreed. I waited for someone from Corporate to go only to come face to face with the actual pharmacist that I had complained about. I stood by r my review,I stood by what I said about her other people she works with. Conclusion: They NEVER apologized! And to this day I hear they're ( staff at Rite Aid)still the RUDEST people the general public has seen. No wonder the franchise is closing down. It's ashame it use to be a great store

Jen at The Dalles Pharmacy is rude. I'm not a regular customer, I wasn't really sure how the call in system worked at Rite Aid. Jen didn't want to take the time to explain to me how the process worked, and why they are so slow. All the other Pharmacy employees We're nice and helpful. Maybe Jen should be stocking shelves and not talking to customer.

The pharmacists and techs here are always kind and very helpful. They will get what you need or help you find it. Also LGBTQ friendly and respectful. The staff here are great

This store has got to be the cleanest one I have ever been in!! The staff in the retail part is always very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, I have found the pharmacy to be terribly slow!! If I call in a prescription, the automated call-in tells me a time when my prescription will be ready, but it never is!! The pharmacy should take a page from the retail part of the store!!

I have been trying to pickup or leave prescriptions at this - my regular pharmacy - for at least two, if not three weeks now. Either they are closed or everyone is on lunch from eleven a.m. until mid afternoon. I've made trips out to the pharmacy at different times of the day and it's either "They're on lunch" or " They're closed today" (not a weekend) lol Why?? I talked the store clerk out front today and she tried to tell me that the staff was just on lunch - at 3 in the afternoon???I *need* my prescriptions!So I went to Safeway and requested they take my prescriptions for me. Not a problem. I'm hoping everything goes through and I can get the prescriptions I need as soon as possible. .

Terrible customer service. The hours on the website are not the pharmacy hours, the staff don't answer the phone, or if the call is connected they hang up immediately, and they don't help customers in order. Waited 30 minutes after checking in with staff to pick up the prescription (while the staff helped other customers) only to pretend they had never heard of me or my medicine. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible, unless you have hours to wait in line.
