So the pricing here is Way High! Which basically brought the number of stars down to one. However, the customer service representative who I found in the back of the store and who was busy reorganizing the place, walked all the way to the front of the store and helped me find what I was looking for. I appreciated that she walked all the way to the front of the store however when I realized exactly where the thing I needed was and that she could have easily just told me it's on the front wall and that she didn't need to walk all the way to the front with me it was a little odd. I'm giving them four stars because that seemed like it was above and beyond to go that far. But seriously a computer power cord for over $10 is way too expensive. Thankfully I didn't buy it and I did find my missing power cord later!

Fantastic customer service! While spending a week in Hood River, the place I rented had a TV with streaming services but I wanted to watch some regular channels. Needing a chrometastic device so I could screen simultaneously from my xfinity app on my phone to the TV, I called Staples as their website indicated they had a few in stock. Too impatient to order over Amazon, I called the store and they confirmed they had one and put it on hold, telling me no need to pay until I arrived to pick it up. Sure enough, at 9am the next morning when I arrived, the item was waiting for me at the customer service desk. There was plenty of parking out front. They were located between Petco and Safeway, two other stops I needed to make, so it was super convenient. I so appreciated their service and the fact that they stick a device that many don't carry.

My printer wasn't able to print so I decided to take it to Staples in The Dalles where I purchased it. Nic in customer service help desk took the time to figure out why my printer wasn't working. After several attempts, he put in a new cartridge and hurray! My printer was fixed. Nic was very professional and wasn't it a rush to get me in and out if there. Thank you! The employees have always been helpful and friendly. Sadie too!

My Laptops motherboard died after less than 20 hours use over the last year.. They would not stand behind their products.. Told me that they could throw it away for me..

Don't count on them to get your order done on time. Was told it would be ready by Wednesday....guess what...it wont be ready til noon Friday! Way to ruin a big surprise! Go elsewhere!

Today I had a great experience at The Dalles Staples store. The network went down while I was waiting to use the PrintMe self serve printer. Tyler at the Print counter was super helpful, printing it out for me on their printers and then making copies.

The people in the print shop work very hard. I have used them a number of times and been impressed. The manager in the printing area is really a nice lady. I have witnessed her help older folks who were really challenged (and overwhelmed and frustrated) by technology. She handled these situations with compassion and class. Keep up the good work.
