Pulled in, the Service Manager (James Ready) met with me and immediately came out and assessed our needs. His shop was stuffed and did need anymore work and not an urgent one, there was people already waiting. James Ready really stepped up, made it all better quickly, and got us on our way. I've gone in with a flat tire that wasn't one of their brands, and they fixed it no charge. I was on vacation in Eastern Oregon when a tire blew out. I got to a nearby shop. The tire couldn't be fixed, so they found a tire with almost the same amount of wear and replaced it free of charge.”
