Just had our oil changed and it took them almost 2 hours! Not only did they charge for the oil change they also charged 100.15 for labor what a rip off we will not be back

Great buying experience. Our second new Subaru from this store, though the ownership has changed. They bettered another dealership’s offer. Went out of their way to find the model and color we wanted. The day after we had signed the loan at a better rate than our bank and even our credit union offered they called us to say they had made a mistake and it should have been a percentage point lower and could we come back again and re sign at the lower rate. The gave us a brief overview of what the car can do. Told us to make notes to come back in a month to ask about the very complicated advanced electronics or to stop by anytime to get questions answered.
