Avoid US Cellular at all cost! This is a corporate store, and you'll pay a high price for the low prices and savings they promise. I've been in a dispute with customer service about the companies "unlock device policy." The funny thing is its US Cellular that is not complying with the policy, and they still insist I abide by it. My phone is locked to US Cellular network yet I cannot even dial customer service from it. They'll tell you what you want to hear and once you've paid they'll play anything off by saying "it's company policy."

I have worked with Alfredo several times to dealing with issues to buying new products. He was very helpful helping me decide what products would work for me to what I would need them for. The employee who helped me was pretty much degrading me cause I wanted the pre paid phone plan with a free phone* at first he didn't even tell me about the free phone if you pay for your first monthly bill. He was very unfriendly,and once he did tell me about the free phone , he wouldn't look at me and engage in friendly conversation, and by the way he was looking away, I can tell he thought less of me. The free phone I got is actually for my granddaughter, and I work hard everyday and no one should be looked done on cause I didn't buy a phone, the guy acted very unpleasant, n I believe his name was Eric. He went to his phone n keep playing songs n changing his music lol, like he was just king of the shop haha . I hope us cellular fires you and next job you try to get, you should take a class on how to treat a customer.

I'm not sure what is going on in this store, but the interactions (or lack there of) from the staff makes me wonder how they are still in business.I came in for a new phone, been a customer for 20+ years. The salesmen was so awkward and unhelpful, I left and went to the nearest Verizon store, and switched my service. Please educate your staff not to be uneducated robots. You lost a loyal customer yesterday!

Unfortunately there was minor area where I didn’t include some modest information on my warranty and the store completely said that honoring the warranty was impossible if I didn’t spend a major amount of time detailing there technical website so I am forced to go with a broken non functional phone. I find it difficult to recommending or promoting products.

I had been a US Cellular customer for about 20 years, never had any issues. But since I travel quite a bit I rely on have service no matter where I go! Well recently traveled to a couple of different area's of Washington state & Idaho where I have always had excellent service, now it is non existent! Recently was up by Tacoma, Washington & had NO SERVICE. My family was trying to reach me, I didn't even have text service. Called US CELLULAR & she couldn't get my phone to ping off a nearby tower. NOT ACCEPTABLE. So I changed to another carrier & purchased a new phone, no more problems. Sorry US Cellular, but you failed me!

Be careful if you pay your bill in cash... You will get a notice from a collections agency 6 months later to collect that "debt". Of course, there is no proof that it was paid (unless you keep all receipts for over 6 months), so I had to pay it twice PLUS a late fee. DON'T PAY THEM CASH.
