I'm not sure what is going on in this store, but the interactions (or lack there of) from the staff makes me wonder how they are still in business.I came in for a new phone, been a customer for 20+ years. The salesmen was so awkward and unhelpful, I left and went to the nearest Verizon store, and switched my service. Please educate your staff not to be uneducated robots. You lost a loyal customer yesterday!

Unfortunately there was minor area where I didn’t include some modest information on my warranty and the store completely said that honoring the warranty was impossible if I didn’t spend a major amount of time detailing there technical website so I am forced to go with a broken non functional phone. I find it difficult to recommending or promoting products.

I had been a US Cellular customer for about 20 years, never had any issues. But since I travel quite a bit I rely on have service no matter where I go! Well recently traveled to a couple of different area's of Washington state & Idaho where I have always had excellent service, now it is non existent! Recently was up by Tacoma, Washington & had NO SERVICE. My family was trying to reach me, I didn't even have text service. Called US CELLULAR & she couldn't get my phone to ping off a nearby tower. NOT ACCEPTABLE. So I changed to another carrier & purchased a new phone, no more problems. Sorry US Cellular, but you failed me!

Be careful if you pay your bill in cash... You will get a notice from a collections agency 6 months later to collect that "debt". Of course, there is no proof that it was paid (unless you keep all receipts for over 6 months), so I had to pay it twice PLUS a late fee. DON'T PAY THEM CASH.

Irving is the man ! He's is very detailed, quick and diligent. Amytime i need to change or get new service he is on top of it and the one to get the job done! Thank you U.S Cellular and most of all thank you Irving for your customer service and care !

Nice people, lots of phones under $400 for those that can't afford a fancy new one!! Which was cool, and they have speakers you can try out on display. Lots of accessories!!! For everything!!

Commerce service is fine .but extremely irritating is the phone service constantly spotty losing connection half the time I can't even make a phone call from my house or send a message horrible connection I have mentioned it to the customer service store and soon to be nothing they can do about it

Horrible coverage. Worst 4g ever. Crashes constantly. Customer service,.. although very friendly,..are,..."helpless to help." 1987 dial up connections were faster than this company's "highest priced" plan. Which we're cancelling Friday. Be smart..shop around! Buyer beware. But don't take my word for it? see for yourself!
