This is not about the retail site but about dealing with Verizon itself. Purchased a phone about 4-5 months ago, brought it home, read the contract and decided I wasn't interested. Brought it back the next day, never using it, boxed with everything still inside it and paid $29.99 as a 'restocking' cost (yeah, walk into the back room and put it on a shelf). Since then, I continue to get a bill from them, not stating what it's for. In the beginning I went back to the retail store and they called and explained the situation which did not validate them charging me anything additionally. Got another bill, called from home, another 40 minutes describing once again what had taken place and why I don't owe them anything further. Next month and the month after that, more bills. We're talking less than $14, I continue to return them stating I don't owe them anything yet it all falls on deaf ears. Frustrating, exasperating, and maddening - the staff in the store were helpful and did all they could - it's 'headquarters' that need frontal lobotomies.

Very bad experience, they offered me a promotion in which I would pay $5 a month for 3 years, giving a total of $180 dollars, but due to a bad decision they did not apply the promotion and I will have to pay a total of $909 dollars and they only They wash their hands and they are going to leave the burden of that account on me, because of a mistake that one of them made ?….Danna was an excellent help, she was the only one who took good care of us.

I had been dragging my feet to update my phone because I thought it was going to be a hassle, I was pleasantly surprised that my experience was the complete opposite. Taylor S was friendly, knowledgeable, informative and efficient without being overbearing. Highly recommend visiting him with your phone needs. We will continue to be Verizon customers because Taylor S made the process a breeze!
