I opened a new account at this branch and I was helped by Brenda. She was AMAZING! I took up quite a bit of her time and she helped and answered all my question in a very kind and professional manner. I felt like a valued customer.

Horrible customer service. The feckessness is astounding. Was not even able to verify funds in my account for a purchase. Since they closed their local branch there service just keeps getting worse and worse.

My grandma passed away and was a long time customer at this bank. She had a safe deposit box with my mom listed as the only person who could get into box should something happen. Sure enough, something happened. Grandma passed away in her home with her longtime partner of Muriel decades and his scumbag son. Grandpa as he was even without marriage, was suffering dementia. His son (been in trouble with the law several times) took it upon himself to talk this bank into letting him get into Grandma's safe deposit box not once, but TWICE. Needless to say, when mom was able to get into the box it was missing everything of value. Items known to be there, items Grandma had set aside for her kids and grandkids. I would never trust this bank with anything.

Sold my house Put a Substantial amount Of money in my checking Waited 20 minutes in line ,Wanted to open up a money market savings, they told me i would have to get a appointment as i waited i seen no one at managers desk they called him over to me to tell me to get a appointment, i will move all my money to a different bank I've been with Wells Fargo since the 80s there loss, businesses have to quit using covid as excuse to be lazy.

We are from out of town and went in to cash my fiancé’s check through my WF account, something we do all the time where we are from. The tellers were extremely rude and admitted to cashing third party checks “like once a year”, yet wouldn’t cash our $50 check for us.

Went to Wells Fargo with an appointment during COVID pandemic. I am an essential worker and just moved to Oregon to help the autism community here. Maureen served me, and when she found out I was "potentially a threat" to her coworkers she quickly and very rudely made me leave like I was a criminal. I do work around a population of less fortunate-but I do not deal with clients who are sick. We are all at some kind of risk as essential workers and the way in which she panicked proves that she should not be around other people at this time. Trying to make everyone feel like a pariah for doing a job is unacceptable. I kept my distance, and am sanitized at all times. I bet she feels like a hero for "saving" her staff. I highly recommend as a mental health professional that she be removed from the floor until the pandemic is over.

Always a vary helpful group of people especially Hector, man they just help everywhere they can I've read the reviews on the Dalles bank and I must say I've been with them for over 7 years and I've never herd of them being rude never rude to us nor have they ever questioned any check that goes in our bank as long as it's with in the guidelines that every body signed before opening there account ,and believe me I've put some really hard checks to figure out in front of them and they have always made the appropriate phone calls and spent over an hour on some of them figuring them out. Best bank I've ever delt with, 5 stars for sure in my book.

Had a Great experience with Dominique on October 30th 2019. Went in for a personal loan, he was very professional and informative. Process was smooth and quick. was approved with check deposited in my account and out the door in under 30 minutes! excellent customer service! I’ve always had a good experience at this bank! Good work guys! ? ?

The bank tellers and inside receptionists are always very polite and kind while working with you. I always feel welcome when I come inside. The service is quick and the lines aren't too bad as there's multiple booths.
