The lady with glasses that everyone is talking about was very upset about something, she slammed stuff down when I asked for a hot dog bun then was rude to me at checkout.

I have never left a review due to bad service but the lady that everyone is describing in the comments is super rude and doesn't belong working in customer service. She should look for a position that does not involve interacting with people. She is always blasting really annoying music also. I have been in here several times because it's close to home but from now on, I will go out of my way to avoid her!

Never step into this 711 ever again! Very insulting very rude old Caucasian lady with glasses an pepper grey hair, completely overstepped, over ice an a drink, ice was for my hubby n drink for me I just got off work, hit day just chilling & to be accosted by the cashier! I believe the manager heard as she followed me to my car apologizing my hubby & I will never go back to that place! Terrible customer service!

A woman working at 7/11 at this location named Lisa this morning was so nasty and rude. She slammed the scanner for no reason, she was being pushy, I asked her if she was upset about something and she snapped back "no why?! I didn't do anything, if there is a problem that's on you." The whole interaction was shocking, I just walked in, got some food and coffee and tried to pay and immediately she was attacking me. I did see her talking on her phone when I walked in and I think she may have been talking about me or was upset that I interrupted her. Totally worse person I've ever encountered at any customer service place, unbelievable

Unprofessional I bought five pizzas 2 days ago and they were all rotten not good pizzas to buy in that 7-Eleven I call them to tell them that the pizzas are not good and they were so rude telling me that they were not expired the ladies and there are so unprofessional and they put me on hold so I have to hang up because they never talk to me they kept me on hold buying pizzas at that selling 7-Eleven is not good I have kids I'm glad I caught the pizza on time before I fed my kids the sauce was black and red and you could smell if stink the whole...

They were out of hot chocolate and instead *replaced* it with the winter wonderland latte? And when asked we were informed there was no longer hot chocolate. The cashier was also very rude — as when we were trying to pay for a hot dog and he asked which one it was, we tried to tell him and he instead kept interrupting us to tell us to just show him as we were already explaining it to him. Plus the hot dog was overcharged.The Tualatin 7/11 is much better. I suggest the extra drive to go there instead! ?

This store was playing a known racist, homophobic and misogynistic podcast show loudly over the store speakers today. It is disgusting that this kind of behavior is tolerated for a company that claims to support diversity and pride.

Every time I come in, and the lady is there she seems very nice and pleasant to everyone except people who choose to wear their mask. I try to avoid this location because of this lady, but it’s the one closest to my home when I need something, I like being treated with respect as a customer and not get my change given to me with disgust and rudeness.every customer should be treated with respect.
