I ordered door dash last night from them and the first order I got my can of chips was smashed and the entire bag had this disgusting smell to it so I threw it away and re ordered it. I thought it was maybe the driver but when I got the second order it smelled the same and that was a different driver. So it has to be the smell coming from the store. It is hard to describe but it made my entire room smell too. It’s like a dirty must smell. Anyway don’t order from this store.

This location does not sell gift cards and refuses to load money onto cash app or any apps like it without a manager ( who are only there a couple hours in the morning mon-fri) because apparently the employees were doing shady stuff. So instead of punishing the employees who are doing the shady stuff the customers get punished. The guys at night are friendly. The tall guy during the day barely interacts with anyone and if you try to ask a question or ask for help the answer is always no. The older mexican lady is the biggest problem. Its really hit or miss whether or not she will be polite to you. Seems like 1 out of every 4 interactions with her include some kind of problem with your money. She has not given me my correct change a couple times, she rings stuff up wrong were I get charged extra and just now I sent my husband there with $55 worth of scratch-it winnings and she only gave him $45 and I had checked them on the Oregon Lottery app so I know it should have equaled $55 but she immediately got defensive and said we had to wait 2 days for a manager to be there and talk to them. If I didn't literally live right across the street I would avoid this 711 like the plague!

I live very close to this place and I come here pretty often and I have noticed that there will be some people that seem under the influence will be right outside the store pretty often, honestly I don’t know what to say the employees will often rush you and will not care about helping you if you can’t find an item or they are out of cups or bags. It’s an okay place I only go because it is so close if I had another option I would go somewhere else.

I’m a local to this 7/11 so this location is my “stomping ground”. I’m here every other day picking up energy drinks or snacks ☺️
Neff is my favorite night shift person!! I’m typically chatty at night and he’s always down to have a conversation. Personable staff is what keeps me coming back!!?

On 11/27/2022 at 10:30 pm. I came in to pick up 2 doordash orders and the Hispanic lady working the register allowed a Mexican friend of hers who arrived after me to go ahead of me in line and proceeded to gather his order then socialize with him for at least 10 minutes until I had to rudely make my presence known. I speak Spanish although I am white. I understood the whole conversation. I am from Southern California. They both found it funny and laughed when her friend said "I can't tell if someone is there because he is standing by wall that is painted white." They didn't know I speak Spanish. I wonder what would happen if I did this to someone of another race. If it happens again I will make an issue out-of it..

Terrible attention as well as the service, in addition to being super slow, the coffee machines are not kept full, in addition to having old coffee for customers, from the worst 7 eleven in the area.

Just watched them serve a man cold tequtos because the rollers we accidently shut off. The customer pulled them out, handled them, gave them back cause they were cold and the 2 employees on shift (not the young man just clocking in) put the toquitos back on the rollers to be re-sold. GROSS!!! IN A PANDEMIC!!! DO NOT EAT FOOD FROM HERE!!!!
