I would never ever use caliber Collision bad communication, no quality control, and repeat complaints about the same issue. They damaged your vehicle when they repair your vehicle. We had a very bad experience this happened to us 4 times now and had 4 appointments and had one appointment that didn't even exist. It was a headlight they were supposed to replace and replaced the headlight with the wrong one for a different model of the mazda. They put in a 5 speed manual headlight that was silver and not the oem headlight that has a blue ring thats the original headlight is the blue one for the mazda 3 6 speed manual. Will never ever go back to caliber Collision again.

This is the worst shop ever they will charge you for labor and then have you bring your car back for 15 minutes to put the freaking part in when they charge you for an hour of labor. Then they break our switch to our window when they were repairing our car so they gave it back to us broken. And now with 8000 $9000 worth of front and damage, they tell me on the phone that they did not inspect the cooling system or the water pump and then I go get 121 point inspection that the following week and my car doesn’t pass and now I have a water pump issue. Then I called back to let this horrible company know that my car didn’t pass 121 point inspection and say that they took pictures and there’s no issue with it. Oh that’s weird because our dealership says there is and now you guys don’t wanna take ownership of what you guys did and then I get told from Jason. Oh we’re just a body shop then why did you take my car For money so now I’m stuck as an individual who works my butt off for my money and my car but there’s a multi million dollar company can’t own that they didn’t do something correctly or inspect my car correctly and now I’m stuck with it. What a horrible, horrible, horrible horrible company run the other direction. And here’s pictures of the accident with almost $9000 worth of damage no engine anything work just all body that seems weird.

What an awesome experience and I am impressed with Jason Lee’s great customer service skills he took the time to explain everything clearly as I realized this was the first time I had to take a car for an inspection on an insurance claim. Awesome all around!

The service I received from caliber collision was absolutely outstanding. Everyone that I worked with was polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and each, and every one took a personal interest in the service they were providing to my vehicle. I recommend them highly to anyone as an outstanding example of good service. I am completely satisfied and pleased with the workday performed on my car. Caliber collision sets the benchmark for what all businesses should offer to their customers.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a collision repair shop. Communication was absolutely horrible — I constantly had to reach out for updates, and they kept pushing the completion date back multiple times.
When they finally finished, the work looked unprofessional. The bumper alignment was off, there were visible gaps, and the paint didn’t match. After pointing these issues out, we spoke directly with the manager. They eventually replaced the poorly installed bumper with an OEM part. While that fix was an improvement, it still wasn’t great.
Now, after washing the vehicle, we’ve noticed black paint splattered all over the car — including on the windows — and the car is white, so it’s very noticeable. After all the delays and poor workmanship, it’s shocking to see such a lack of care.
This shop has the most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered. Very unsatisfied, very unhappy, and very disappointed. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service at Caliber Collision! The team was transparent, fair, and got my car back like new. Couldn’t be happier. From the moment I called to get scheduled, the office manager Kaylee was superb. She was able to work around my schedule and get me in, she even helped arrange my rental. When I came in, she greeted me and got me all checked in promptly and called Enterprise for me. Definitely happy with their service!
