I came to AV nail spa for the first time because I needed some Halloween nails and was in the area for some other errands. They got me in right away without an appointment and their facility is beautiful. I had Lananh and she did a wonderful job using pictures to give me exactly what I wanted and adding in suggestions of her own. 10/10 recommend.

I like this part of town, and when visiting friends I frequent Bridgeport often. I was looking forward to coming to this salon when I first heard about it years ago. However, I've refrained from giving this location my business because of the terrible reviews. You guys have probably lost a lot of potential customers due to the bad reviews. Please hire a staff that's professional and respectful. Don't expect people's money in return for bad service.

The staff is so professional, welcoming, and the service is top notch. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing. The mimosa’s are a must. I recommend the hour pedi with the hot wax foot soak! It is worth it!!

I came in for a pedicure yesterday as I was given a gift card to use. I was quickly convince to have my nails done as well. I informed them that my wedding was on Saturday and I wanted them to be done right with a very natural look. 3 hours later, 3 attempts at doing my nails correctly and they are still wrong. Gel overcoat is already peeling, my cuticles and skin around my nails are cut and sore, bubbles in the polish itself...I am very unhappy with the service and how my nails turned out. This was very expensive to just have to go have them re-done somewhere else.

Lady with purple highlights was very unfriendly when I walked in. She had a disgusting look on her face at me when I told her I wanted a manicure. Because I didn’t have an appointment and I look like an old ugly Asian lady, she didn’t want to give me any attention. She avoided me at the front desk. I walked out. I felt discriminated and I will never go back. All the other workers just sat around stared and laughed like it was a joke.
