I scheduled an appointment and specifically selected ‘in-store repair.’ I drove over an hour to this location, only to be told they couldn’t fix my phone until the next day. What’s the point of scheduling if the service isn’t actually available? Complete waste of time.

The Apple Store has a different vibe than any other shop you happen to walk into.
It feels more like a coffee shop than a techie hangout because there is a casual air about the place.
We were there to get the wife’s baby in for a look. She has a few laptops and workstations to choose from but her favorite was giving her some display issues.
I am an IT guy by trade so I know IT and happened to have specialized in Break and Fix for Dell laptops. The experience at Apple vs Dell? There really is no comparison!
Dell sucks to put it mildly in my expert opinion. Their quality of product, service, and support pale in comparison. Apple shines in every category except price. A perfect example of getting what you pay for! Our issue was covered under warranty (even though the laptop is around 2 years old). The fix cost us nothing but our time and my wife is now whole again!
The entire experience was a joy, not a hassle, one of the many, MANY things Apple is doing right! Thinking about going there just to hang out next time. See you there!

I was sent to this store by the Apple manager at Bridgeport, who refused to help me after my new phone suddenly shut off and wouldn’t power back on. I explained to both the Bridgeport manager and Jack that this was a serious issue, especially because I had no way to contact anyone in an emergency. They were extremely dismissive and told me there was nothing they could do.
I then drove to the Washington Square location, where I was greeted by Jay. From the very beginning, he listened, showed genuine concern, and let me know the wait would be about 45 minutes, but that he would do his best to help me before closing. I was there with my toddler, and I told another associate (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) that my husband was out of town, had no idea what was going on, and had likely been trying to reach me with no response. When he realized I hadn’t been able to speak to my husband at all, he immediately went to the back and brought me a phone so I could call him. I genuinely wanted to cry from relief and gratitude.
David was also incredible he quickly diagnosed and fixed my phone while walking me through everything he was doing.
I want to give a huge thank-you to the entire Washington Square Apple team for truly listening, showing empathy, and taking my situation seriously. Your kindness made a stressful situation so much easier, and I am deeply grateful.

Went to get our iPad looked at for a possible battery replacement & set up an appointment for two hours later based on earliest availability. After two hours we went back because nobody contacted us. When we returned we discovered our appointment had been canceled & they couldn't schedule us in. We had driven 45 minutes to get there & weren't happy. The associate was able to help us with about a 10 minute conversation but the store basically couldn't help us.

Amazing experience! We made an appointment and were helped swiftly. Matt was so helpful and friendly, made very nice chatter with us and helped solve our problem in a swiftly matter while educating us with what happened and why! 10/10 Thank you!
