extremely disrespectful and unprofessional tried charging me 99.00 dollars for too many things wrong with my phone and the lied and said i didn’t have applecare which i do and they told me if i didn’t pay the 99.00 dollars they would take my applecare away.

I stayed in apple store for 10 mins, no salesman come up, the store was not busy. then I asked a salesman, we talked for a few minutes, he turned to other new customers let me wait without any reason. This is not Jobs’s Store anyone!

Waited 30 minutes to make a purchase, was bounced around between different employees 6 times until I said to stop transferring us to other staff and please deal with us from here on out. Completely unacceptable to keep passing customers to other staff who are just chit chatting among themselves. Mind-boggling. Save yourself the hassle and just buy online to avoid their below proficient customer service.

Walked in to look at the Apple Watch 11. Was greeted quickly and told an expert would be there shortly. After 25 minutes, I approached the 3 Apple employees standing there talking/laughing. I asked if one of them was available to help me. Was told they are delegators and would have someone help me. I asked if one if one them was a senior delegator and could delegate one of the others to help. They seened very confused. Absolutely useless. I left after a total of 30 minutes of zero help.

Had a 3 week old Iphone 16 pro max that the battery was discharging by 2pm every day and getting so hot it was almost burning my thigh. I was going to be flying and concerned with an aircraft fire. I had gotten it from Tmobile but they were out so sent me here and was told they would TAKE CARE OF ME. NOT! They tested it and said nothings wrong and even if they did they would not give me a new phone just repair the existed NEW phone. Thus no phone for days too....
I then gave them a negative survey and was given a number to discuss the issue with the LEADERSHIP TEAM. All I got when I called that number was the typical loop of options and being put on hold and never got through.
I have had 5 iphones 3 ipads and always expected exceptional service from Apple. Not anymore. With a 3 week old phone discharging and heating up they should have given me a brand new phone on the spot.
So leadership team, reach out to me directly since your emial has a bogus number! I'm done with Apple after this. My next phone will be a Google.

Apple is a company that does not support their premium priced products, and have been sued many times for their failures… i regret owning an iPhone, it is designed to break.
