Logan set up my new iPhone 15 Pro Max two days ago. He made the whole process easy, answered all my questions and gave me great advice. He’s the best tech person I’ve ever met. The new store in Bridgeport Village is fantastic.

RED FLAG ALERT!! Take the train to Seattle instead, it will be much faster. This branch lacks customer service trained sales personnel. They fail to make the customer more important than conversations with other employees. Your Regional Director has failed this branch, have cctv cameras installed to monitor your customers' experiences and focus on their expectations.

I drove up from Salem to seek help with my Apple Watch and IPhone connectivity only to find out that for walk in clients there is a four hour wait to be seen. There were a number of employees standing around. This is an unacceptable response for walk in clients.

Super fast and very nice service. I always look forward to going in to Apple Store. They make great products and stand behind them. I have been in a couple of times just get answers to questions I have had about my Apple Watch and they are always more than happy to help me.

Very unprofessional manager. Not trained employees. Gave me wrong information about trade in devices. They asked me travel from California to Oregon to turn in my devices or they will lower down the value of my device if I turn them in California. Don’t trust their words

If I could type out my full experience in this store, it’d be a novel.Truly this store was super unprofessional, most of the people working there seem like they don’t know a thing about the products or how to fix them, and down right just a bad atmosphere.Avoid this place, the store in downtown Portland is better than this store. And that’s says something.
