Nicole H. absolutely loaded my account with add ons we did not consent to, shady and rediculous scammy behavior. We already had protect for 4 on the account, they added ANOTHER on top of that, added next up anytime (which you cant cancel until after the inital period), none of these add ons were dicussed or consented to. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE, just deal with your account online. Avoid coming into this store completely.
They will just load your account with crap you dont need to meet their goals. Dont even bother going in there to confront them after either because they will just tell you to go online and cancel the stuff THEY PUT ON THERE.

Excellent customer service at ATT in Washington Mall with Cora. She was absolutely lovely with my Spanish speaking mother. Very patient and knowledgeable.
Recommend this ATT store without hesitation.

I recently visited the AT&T store in Washington Square Mall with a major service issue. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Laura Porter, the Assistant Store Manager. From the moment Laura engaged with, she treated me with deep care and consideration. She listened attentively to my concerns, showed compassion, and more importantly quickly found effective solutions to my problem. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service were truly outstanding. AT&T is very lucky to have such a remarkable leader. Thank you, Laura, for making my experience at the store so positive and turning my day around! ?

This corporate store is no better than the poor customer service you receive at the authorized retailers. The store I bought my brand new phone from told me they couldn’t help me and that I had to come to the corporate store for help. I drove out of my way to come to this store, only for Quentin to be less than helpful. He told me I had to go back to the other store or call customer service. AT&T has really gone below the ground in terms of their in-store customer service.
