A lady in the store helped a mentally limited older gentleman this morning and successfully got his new At & T flip phone working for him. He was in great distress when he was having problems the first day....It was amazing, all of this man's church friends are so grateful, as he was so fearful without the use of his phone. Thank you Washington Square A T & T store !

A young lady just "helped" us in the store today. She was really rude and rolled her eyes at every question we had about our account. Customer service skills were severely lacking.... If you're going to have a customer facing job, at least try to do a good job and be respectful and kind.

There were two issues.1. My SIM card had stopped working. After long wait action was taken to enable eSIM on my device without really giving me and option whether I want to stick to physical SIM. Anyways, the change was effective2. I needed to remove one of the devices from my account. We had tried but had failed to do that from App or from Web Access. We also tried to do the same calling support and was advised to go to a store to do it. And at this store they refused to take any action when I asked. They said I need to call online support and do that.Quite unfortunate - isn't it?

It was iPhone 15 launch day, I imagine a day filled with high customer flow and even higher expectations for the team to meet their needs and have everything in stock or answer to why not. That said, we have Foday and he was outstanding! He was kind, knowledgeable, and if he wasn’t sure of an answer he quickly grabbed someone who could help him. He and the whole team were on point and ready to help everyone who walked in, and assist each other without trying to steal the client or take credit. Thank you for walking us through our bill, explaining policy when there were questions, and getting us out the door with new gear. This might be my new favorite ATT store!

A quick visit with a representative to see if I had cell phone coverage in Canada. The question was answered promptly and cheerfully. I had thought about purchasing a Samsung smart watch for health monitoring. Evidently, new models are now coming to market. This may be an opportunity to see whether the older models will be discounted soon or if the new models will be worth buying.

Came into the store today and was immediately greeted. I came to pick up an order. The order was canceled and I didn't find out until I arrived, but that being said the team still did there due diligence to take care of me anyways which I greatly appreciate. The process has been nothing but the best. I appreciate all the support and help specially from Foday. He has been an extreme help in the process of getting my phone setup. Thank you so much for your help today Foday! I look forward to coming back.

6/1/2023 - Shockingly unprofessional and untruthfulUPDATE SEE LAUGHABLE RESPONSE.4:30pm on June 1 2023, My son and I went in to purchase a phone replacement for our existing account. We asked if we could purchase an iPhone 12 and Dara went "to the back to see if they had any" and after being gone for about 5 minutes he came back and said all they have in store is an iPhone 14. From the parking lot I noticed they show iPhone 13's in stock so I called on the phone and was told they have iPhone 13s in every color. We went back in, mentioned this disconnect to Dara who did not say anything, then asked to be sold a red iPhone 13. Halfway through this transaction the person helping me was called by Dara to the back for a "question" (holding the phone) and again was gone for over 5 minutes. No one came back until I sent a trainee (the only person left on the floor) to let them know I was going to leave if someone didn't come out.A manager appeared from the back room and let me know that things aren't going to "just happen in a snap" like I want because this a trainee who was selling me the phone. Also not true since the "trainee" was training a "trainee"?It's clear that the manager on duty is monitoring transactions and stopping people when they are simply selling a phone to remind them to smoothly change the costumer to a new 5G plan.Disgusting. Disgusted with the manager and employee Dara who lies on command. Just to hit a metric on selling people new phone plans. Nice.

They made a list of customers, but they let other customers ahead of us for reasons unknown to us. They argued with us, called us customers "aggressive" for calling them out. Always tricky to be sure, but to us non whites it felt a bit racist to be honest.
