I received excellent service. I was helped as soon as I walked in. I called ahead and the rep remembered me. I was unsure what I needed. The rep understood what I wanted and put a plan together with the internet and Directv. I have to say your in-person customer service is excellent. Much better than the customer service I get on the phone. I will be doing all of my transactions in person at the Bridgeport store.

Raymond is great and deserves extra training, professional development, and AT&T should provide him opportunities for advancement. He was professional and efficient, anticipating my needs and questions, and is a model of what good customer service can be.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for 10 years and I had my first bad experience at this store. Seth the manager is super sketch. He was adding items to my bill without approval and never actually asked me what I was looking for or tried to give me information, help with my decision, etc. I asked multiple times for a price breakdown for what I’m being charged for and he would not give me one or tell me what my exact price was. I told him I wanted to upgrade to an iPhone 15 and he brought out a 15 pro and continued to ring me up for the pro. When I brought up not wanting the 15 pro they gave me the 15 but still charged me for the 15 pro plus a protection plan that I did not ask for or know the price of and I only noticed that when I left the store and finally got an email receipt. I had to go back and ask for the correct price for the phone I left with. Seth came back, barely said a word, fixed their mistakes, and still wouldn’t give me a receipt and said to call 611 for billing info. I came back a 3rd time since I couldn’t see anything on my AT&T account for what my bill was suppose to be. Raymond helped me out and very quickly able to pull me up a receipt and explain all billing charges that the manager refused to share with me. Raymond was able to give me answers to all my questions within 5 minutes while I spent 2.5 hours with Seth and another employee who would not give me a straight answer or clear information.Overall, it felt very scammy that I was being charged for items I didn’t approve of and they refused to show me any form of receipt until I left. Based off other reviews it looks like this is a common experience, especially when working with the “manager” Seth.

Quite cumbersome to get straight answers about plans and discounts. On top they added HomeTech Protection that I didn't ask and I had to remove online. Check your account after visiting this store.

I visited the store to purchase two new Apple watches. The sales associated recommended a change to my plan, alleging that it would reduce my monthly cost by $30.00. As the sales associate was adding the new watch marked that I needed insurance. I told him that I already had the insurance (Protect 4 devices at $40/month) but he insisted that he had to check it and it would not charge me more. I got an email notice congratulating me on my home tech plan which I NEVER purchased nor did he tell me about it. Obviously he added it without my consent when he was making changes. I called 611 and they were able to remove. Upon asking them if there were other services that I had not authorized, they mentioned that device specific insurance had been added for one of the new watches I purchased. Again, that was not authorized and something I questioned with the sales associated as I didn't want to pay double insurance considering I already had the Protect 4 insurance plan. SO FRUSTRATING! This has occurred before where I look at my bill in detail many months later and find surprise charges for services I never authorized. When they correct it they will only go back 3 months for retroactive credit and act like I should have caught it within their confusing billings. Thankfully this time with the "home protection" add and the "device specific insurance" add, I called 611 immediately and was able to intercept and get these removed. But what if I had not caught it? It's no wonder that there is a lack of trust when working with AT&T. This is a very deceptive business practice to add services and hope the customer doesn't notice. :(

I had to port a AT&T prepaid number to Postpaid and add it to a group plan (and also add some other lines). Store rep Joseph helped us through multiple AR reviews with dedication. It was a 4 hour long process and Joseph was very patient. He helped us undo the damage done by the employees at Washington Square AT&T corporate store who probably didn't know what they were doing and messed up the entire application triggering AR reviews. I wish I could give this store more than 5 stars. I would recommend this store to people over the one at Washington Square Mall.

Great customer service. Kind, helpful, and positive energy. All three sales people were helpful even so close to closing.

AT&T at Bridgeport is the place to go for informed patient service. I was helped by Ray. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

While upgrading my phone, the sales rep at the corporate AT & T store was deceptive and added items to my account without explaining what the items were and didn’t tell me that he added the items/charges. I was charged for an activation fee even though I was told it would be waived with AARP. The rep also sold me a product that is not compatible with my new phone. Very frustrated disappointed. Moving forward I will only obtain a new phone online where I can control items that I want added to my account.

We came to move eSIM from old iPhone to new one. Consultant asked the reason why we came, as long as he realized that we are not going to buy anything they said that we have to wait. They had no interest in proving any help.We waited for 30 minutes and no one came to us. So, we left and went to another store. This is horrible customer service, especially when you pay more for the service than any other cellular provider.

My experience was positive at this store. I was there to transfer my company iPhone, and iPad to my own responsibility or account. This store is actually owned by AT&T, (most of the other stores being a franchise). This seems to enable them to do more with unusual needs like mine. I also observed that store staff ask each other for help when they run into something they’re not familiar with, (a good thing). And while they made a pitch for some extra services, they did not push it, which I appreciate.I would come back to this store for help as opposed to other AT&T stores.

Had a great experience with Ray, who helped upgrade my account, and Victor, who helped solve multiple problems caused by AT&T corporate when they made a mistake activating my updated account. Every time I went in I was able to get my problem resolved by the helpful staff.

Walked in and out of the store in under ten minutes with the help from the wonderful Kassie. I needed a replacement screen protector and she helped purchase and replace in no time. Pleasant to chat with and her smile and attitude were appreciated. Also, no bubbles in her application of the protector which is what I love! Thanks for your help, Kassie!
