If you would like to be known by name each and every time you walk into your nail salon, then this is the place for you. This is the most personable nail salon I’ve ever ever been to and the best quality of nails I’ve ever had. (And I’ve been to a lot of places!) You might find a nail salon with prettier ambience, but you will not find a place that does a better job with nails.

Excellence every time!!! I so appreciate knowing there are no corners cut ever when it comes to results and safety. They go above and beyond every other nail salon I’ve been to when it comes to results, service, and safety. The culture in the salon is fun and welcoming. It feels like Cheers when you walk in (that’s an old TV show for the younger gens, and means it’s like walking into your favorite bar/coffee shop and everyone says Hi!). I also love how you can tell everyone loves working there and together. Kimi, the owner, is amazing- not only as an artist, but in the way she brilliantly and seamlessly keeps everything in motion. Have seen multiple nail techs and consistently excellent and happy every time.

I’ve gone to this salon on and off for about two years! Everytime I go, the place is always clean, they are so friendly and Kimmie does exactly what is asked. The quality is well! Very satisfied everytime I leave.

As always my daughters and I have a fabulous time. They always take my inspo pics and make it better. The service is definitely worth the good prices. My nails stay for 3 weeks or more without fill or breaks. No wonder everyone I know goes here to get their mani/pedicures done.
Cleanliness: Not a speck of dirt anywhere.

Cleanliness: The wax room is not clean.
Stylist: Kim did my waxing and my gel fingernails. The job was poorly done and she refused to redo them or refund my money. My nails have stripped.

I wanted the $35 pedicure and the lady was super pushy into trying to get me to do the $45 one… then when she rang me up she charged me $47…? Why? I asked for the $35 one. Is it really an extra $12 for gel? Really? Didn’t even tell me beforehand. They’re scammers and stealers don’t go here

Awesome first experience! Recently moved from out of state and was looking for a new go-to & reliable nail tech. I've been blessed with having many great ones over the years, so I was anxious about going through the process of finding a new place. Luckily, I went to Benitoite Nails and had the best experience I've had in a while! Kimmy (sorry if I spelt that wrong ) was fantastic!! I came in with gel X nails looking to get a new set. She was very thorough in listening to my goals, asking about my concerns, and after conversing for a bit, we settled on doing solar acrylic nails as she mentioned was the best way to conserve and protect my natural nails. Love the color, shape, length and overall time spent during my appointment. Will definitely be back for a much-needed pedi and future refills on my acrylic set

The owner is rude. Salon is not clean, and I observed them reusing paraffin. Thank goodness I wasn’t getting a pedicure.ca health violation for sure.

Bobby and Mandy were FANTASTIC for our pedicures! Gentle, luxurious, and they did an amazing job. I think they had standard prices but they did so many extras it made it a definite value!

I travel the country for work, I’m from the east coast and found my way over to the PNW. My now husband is from the area and introduced me to the best nail salon I have ever been to in the entire country! The owner Kimmie is wonderful with everything and knows her clients by name! Katie is my nail queen! She pays close attention to the shapes and designs any woman could want. I recently finished an 18 month job and was sent back down to the south east and I miss my ladies! My nails won’t be perfect until we make our way back to yall! Thank yall for amazing nails and spa days I have had the works here and I recommend all of them, every service available!
