Strange place and set up, but the big problem is an insane amount of spam, by text and email. A total of eight unwanted contacts interrupting my day for no reason whatsoever. I replied to every single one of them with a request to stop, and they just kept sending them.

Avoid! Management here leaves a lot to be desired and they need to change their policies. An employee walked right into my LOCKED room! Location is not convenient to anything and you can only make a right hand turn when you leave. Everywhere you would want to go is left so you have to wait at the longest light in history to make a u-turn several blocks away.
Breakfast is the same every morning with very few options. Pool was dirty with burned out lights overhead. There are too many good motels in the area for me to use them again. I'll go to Marriott.

I stay here for work every other week for 4 or 5 days at a time. The rooms are always clean and quiet. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is delicious. I always feel safe and comfortable. Love it ❤️

Very easy to work with and under polite. The lady who took my reservation - very good people skills. Breakfast was tasty and hot. Room more than adequate. Wheel chair access lacking on side entrance. Decent price and well run operation.

Leroy is probably the best hotel attendant I’ve encountered. He was running the breakfast bar and he was attentive, kind, and treated the place like we truly were his guests. Not to mention this breakfast was delicious and way better than any breakfast had any right to be. Somebody give this man a raise! Hotel was beautiful and clean. — Noah Perea, El Paso TX

This hotel is very mediocre. It works well enough for a short stay, but there are some issues, like the bathroom fan is extremely loud in every room we stayed in and automatically comes on with the light. The curtains are not intuitive at all (see video)
My biggest complaint is how the front desk person, Bruce, treated me and his lack of help. He wouldn’t look at me, even though I was paying, giving him all the information, signing everything… he just wouldn’t acknowledge me and asked all of his questions directly to my husband. He noticed that and stopped answering Bruce’s questions and redirected him to me. He did this every single time we stayed there. On top of that, he had no information or desire to take action when we had questions/issues.
Additionally, the Best Western down the road (Lake Oswego) is way better.
Side note: on weekends, high school teams usually are staying at this hotel. So if you’d rather not get judgmental looks at breakfast and on the elevators, that’s something to consider. Obviously not the hotel’s fault, but worth mentioning.

I reserved this room for my birthday weekend on Saturday, May 25. Since I was celebrating, I didn't go to bed until around three in the morning. Two hours later, I was woken up by the people upstairs. I could hear them talking and going to the bathroom. I could also hear the fan in the bathroom and noise from the floor. This not only woke me up, but also my mom. I had to wait for them to calm down because I couldn't sleep. 30 minutes later, I got up to close the curtains and try to sleep. However, the curtains were stuck. I tried to find a small stick to fix them, but a bunch of dust fell on my face instead. I was frustrated, so I called the lady working at the front desk to inform her. She apologized and said she didn't understand why it wasn't working. She mentioned that maintenance would arrive at 10:30. I asked her to send them to my room when they arrived since she didn't have any other solution to offer me. I laid down again and tried to go back to sleep. Finally, I fell asleep after having breakfast, which was okay. I fell back asleep around 10 and was woken up by housekeeping at 11 AM. She kept knocking on the door. I finally got up and opened the door. She identified herself as a housekeeper and asked me why I hadn't checked out. I explained that I had requested a later check-out time at 12 PM. She responded with an attitude and an irritated look on her face, saying that no one had informed her. I called the front desk again and asked about the maintenance. The receptionist informed me that they had just arrived. It was unfortunate because I had a long drive ahead of me and needed to sleep. I thought it was already 11:07. I decided to leave instead. It was unfortunate because I had a drive ahead of me and needed to sleep. I guess my review was taking down, so I’m reposting it

Definitely over rated property, I was very disappointed only had one amenity and it was broken for 8 days straight (pool) I definitely would not rate this property of a 5 not the 8.8 supreme it was rated.
Rooms: Ok on cleanliness but very noisy and pump soaps gross!
Nearby activities: Nothing
Safety: NA
Walkability: No
Food & drinks: Very few directly around property
Noteworthy details: Only seems to have one person working at a time, but if you ask questions they look bothered by you.
