Went in to Car Toys to replace a stereo in a car I had just purchased. Paid for a new stereo yet they installed a used one and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to install even tho I was first at the door when they opened. Never got a manual or any paperwork about the stereo whatsoever. Tried their online chat but never got a reply. So upset!

Installer Jordan (JB132843) was very informative and did an amazing job installing the new receiver. It interfaces so well with the existing Ford equipment and looks like it’s from the factory. The installer’s knowledge and experience is what sold me on this purchase.

The staff at this location are incredibly knowledgeable, and very professional…!!! They were able to install an amplifier in my 2003 GMC Denali… Highly recommended if you want it done right the first time, and at a very reasonable price point…!!! These folks are the best…!!!

Great service and fast work! Replaced the lame stock system with exactly what I wanted and it looks great! Never felt pressured by upselling or gimmicks. Good folks and would recommend.

Don’t expect an experience. Staff was nice and knowledgeable about the products. It was clear that they were overbooked and busy, it was very transactional experience. Too bad they’re kind of the only joint in town, Or the country for that matter. Everything took longer than the time I was quoted, Plus, the device was installed a little bit crooked

Getting a family members IID aka "Blow and Go" device installed. Chose this location because it was closest to me. Because of the nature of the device I feel like our time was completely disrespected. We paid for a service, we patronized your business, treat us with respect that SHOULD be given to *any* customer.Brought the car in at 8:40A for a 9a "appointment" said we'd go have coffee across the street. Called at 10:37A to check ETA and was told "oh, we haven't started yet." Walked around another 2hours (now 12:30pm) before deciding to go back and wait in the showroom and seeing our car STILL HADN'T MOVED from where we dropped it. At 2PM we asked again when the car would be done, "oh yeah we're done, it takes a while." It sure does if you don't start the project for 3+ hours! The staff was polite, but good gad!Warning anyone to get very "Karen" about staff starting and completing their car. My time is valuable and this business wasted it. Your time has value too, avoid this business if at all possible!

The people working there were nice, but my confidence in their work is low. The car wasn't cleaned at all when returned, the work was longer than the estimate given, I waited 2 hours after they said it would be done. The connections weren't done properly for the door when they put it back together and they installed the wrong stereo initially. I will now have to spend part of my weekend back in their waiting room for it to get fixed. My father had a similar experience a few months back.

Well we went in to buy a touch screen stereo. Beware of pricing that states free install; it’s not free. There are extra install fees; ask a lot of questions. Once installed the USB plug was hanging out of glove compartment dangling. We thought it would be attached as shown on the display. We expected a professional install as Car Toys is known for. We also went to use the back up camera and it had not been set up to be used. Just disappointed that details were missed after spending a good amount of money.
