Walked in there and the first thing the lady told me instead of greeting me was to Either follow the mask mandate rules or to leave. Very unprofessional and I felt attacked and super disrespected. I don't plan on going back to that location if I am going to get attacked by employees about the facemask mandate.

I didn't get anything there but I would have because everything looked so nice, but all I wanted to say was that the staff there are amazing and I'm from out of town and I've never had this good of staff manners in my life, but this place makes you feel good and the people make good conversation with you.

I was in here yesterday early in the day looking for a specific type of shoe. They didn’t end up having it but the guy who was helping me out was so nice and helpful!! I wish I would’ve gotten his name so I could shout him out here in the reviews. I’m a short woman that was looking for a specific pair of Ultra Boosts they didn’t end up having but He still showed me all the ones they had and even the boys sizes that would fit me. He was super knowledgeable about all the shoes I was looking at. When he was showing me the Prestos he told me how he recently ran a 5k in them — if this encounter rings a bell I just wanna say thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

Went in today around 2:30 with my 19 year old son. Every single one of the employees were more than helpful & so so friendly! My son loves to come here because he loves their clothes & shoes, the great customer service was a huge bonus. I wish I could have remembered to get the names of them. Thanks again to the employees working today, you all are doing a wonderful job!!!
