This review is not for Durham they've been great This goes against Dartmouth Tigard for bad service personality conflict on tellers part Assumed am flirting in her. I have bad eyes period Certain tellers started refusing service most likely out of guilt Created problems, so far no discipline. Shuffled me recently to other teller Unprofessional Need to change employees after conflict they created. Fire them Gets an F. Must service everyone it's their job. Respect everyone they failed lost my trust

I originally went to Chase In Sherwood and they were not able to help me. I read reviews and went to Chase In Tigard. At Chase Tigard were wonderful Althea and Arnicia were kind, patient, and I very grateful for them.

As an octogenarian I have dealt with many businesses and, accordingly, I have seen some awesome companies and, conversely, some incredibly inept ones. Chase bank in general and KC in particular now has the undisputed bottom of the list. No one, absolutely no one, either on-line or in store could help me with a problem I was having with auto pay. Been to the store twice and called CS multiple times. Not only did they not have any idea how to help me but friendliness was not in their vocabulary. Unfortunately I cannot go anywhere else because it is tied in with my Subaru Lease Agreement. Since I also have a Chase credit card on auto-pay, they would not allow me to use the same bank account for both. I only have one bank account. Ridiculous.

Wouldn't cash my check, written by their bank..." Didn't feel comfortable" was the exact words used. Full disclosure, I don't have account there. Cashiers check, valid I.d. within the state... Must of been the paint on my hands. Surely a working person couldn't have a real check.... Worst consumer services of the pandemic era. Oh side bonus , got to listen to the manager talk about buying his house 500k 2 years ago.... Wanna know what's it worth now... Nope just wanted a simple banking transaction. 30 minutes of my life I can't get back, absolute insult. Also check chashed a Fred Meyers 2 hours later when I tried again. World's a messed up place, thanks for making it worst Chase.

I called last week to report that I had not received my bank statments for 5 months. I was never told why this happened. I was told they would check into it and call me back within 3 days. There was no call recieved after 8 days I called them. After holding for 15min. I got a really bad connection plus a strong accent. 2nd connection same thing, 3rd connection same thing. After 4th connection disconnected. I held for 30min. Toughed through a bad connection again. Was told they would send me 5 months of statements. I asked why this happened, no answer they said to call my local branch. I do not bank on line so had no idea What was happining with my account. It`s a great concern not knowing what is happening with your checking account. Plus hanging on the phone waiting for over 1 hr. To have 4 bad connections. Really disappointed and frustrated.

This is a great branch. I am SO impressed by the VP, Dallas Monaco and my Personal advisor Ray Terawaki it is beyond belief. I had some hiccups on a transaction (not Chase's fault) and these guys parachuted to my rescue. Almost hate to share this info publicly cuz these guys are SO GOOD I do not want to share them! Thanks Dallas and Ray!

I am a long time business and personal customer. .I went in yesterday to buy some Euros, and was not told that they use a 3rd party that charges an additional fee I was told just the opposite by the person and that they go by the current exchange rate I asked if there were any fees, and was told no. Well it turns out that the hidden fee is 7 pct. Chase was great and valued me as a customer and reversed the transaction. Just go elsewhere if you need to buy foreign currency.

Lost my wallet while on vacation, so I needed to get a replacement ID in order to get my debit card&credit card replaced because the only form of government issued ID I had was my driver's license. It was stressful enough knowing that I have no idea where my old cards are, but once I finally got a duplicate/replacement drivers license from the CA DMV, I went here to get the new cards.Alison Dominic was the associate that helped me out, but I really felt interrogated. This review is really just because of her and no one else. While explaining the circumstances of my situation, she only showed skepticism and 0 sympathy for what had happened to me. Then I take out my ID to show her proof that I'm me, and I come to find that the CA DMV made a clear mistake when re-issuing my ID. I had to replace my CA address with my new Oregon address, and somehow CA DMV managed to mistakenly put the state as California even though the rest of the address is correct. Alison began asking questions with squinted eyes like, "Where did you used to live in California" and "Why'd you move up here". How about, none of your business! It made me visibly uncomfortable and I immediately felt antagonized by this treatment. It was frustrating enough that I had to paid $30 for a duplicate ID, let alone that CA made a mistake that wasn't my fault.Another male associate nearby was pleading against her to help me, stating that I only needed a government issued form of ID to show as proof that I'm the real me, and if it had all the approved signs of a real ID (which is obviously does), then the address is irrelevant if CA made that mistake. Alison showed no interest in wanting to help me (because it seemed as though at no point did she really believe me) and she eventually agreed to begrudgingly issue my cards back to me. Never going to this location again simply because of her. I was having a good day with my dog in the car ready to do errands with me, but she really put a bad taste in my mouth.

For more than a decade, whenever the opportunity presents itself, I have attempted to persuade dozens of my clients, collegeuges, family members, and close friends to switch from their current bank or credit union and move their money to Chase Bank. I trust Chase Bank because of their consistently high-quality customer service, superior personal/business lending capabilities, easy-to-use online banking website, and best-in-class mobile banking app.
