I love Chase. It’s like my favorite big company. I know that’s weird to say but I’ve never worked with a big company that truly prioritizes customer service like Chase. This is my local branch and everyone here is very nice in particular. Thank you for making banking so easy!

Stupid and worst bank ever with policy that you can't deposit cash into account they make customers to get money orders only then after you waste time and extra money!!! Too much red tape just to make deposit. I hope more customers reject this bank

I came to them at 9:00 in the morning, when they opened and wanted to open a business account, but they said that they would accept me only at 10. This is taking into account that there was not a single client inside the bank. I really needed to do this urgently, but I could not and was very angry. I went to another branch, where they accepted me right away

I’ve been banking with Chase for 8 years now. This bank has great tellers and bankers that are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. If you need to speak to a banker about opening an account or business accounts you have to make an appointment to see one same day or next day due to there busy schedule. Most of the reviews on here seem to be people having a bad day. There’s more to life than worrying about what we cannot control.

I came into this Chase branch while I was in Tigard after noticing there was an error on my account that they had made and figured it would be easier to fix in person versus on the phone, I was quickly surprised by how much of a pain it was, they could use some work on customer service improvement or I will be taking my banking elsewhere.

This “bank” is always out of money. I go in to get change for my business and they say “we ran out of ones, try next week” how is this possible?

Went to this bank to cash my check and they gave me $500 in old $100 bills now nobody will take them. Gonna try to return them tomorrow this is ridiculous!!

Got a $225 coupon in the mail from chase stating it was an offer for new chase members who open a checking or savings account before the deadline which is July 19th , I opened my checking account in early march. No where on that coupon did it state I had "20" days to use that coupon before i wasn't eligible. Extremely disappointing especially when I called into the branch , the associates didn't seem to care about the situation and told me "yeah you know there has to be a cut off at some point, now you're just a regular custoner", which I totally understand but not when the coupon says July. Sad to say I'm thinking of canceling my accounts with them for being treated like that
