I’ve been using this Chase branch for my business needs, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars.
Every visit has been smooth, with little to no wait time, and I’m always greeted at the door by someone who quickly directs me to the right person.
The staff here is consistently professional and friendly, making every interaction a positive one. Whether it's for my personal or business account, I can always count on great service at this branch!

Came in to pay off my car loan. A little off-putting to be greeted by someone on an iPad wanting to know in detail what I needed... lack of privacy for sure! The employee was in training and ended up processing my transaction with the help of her supervisor. Very pleasant, conversational. I'm not a Chase banking client, never will be. But this branch was clean, people were nice though I do think they need to rethink that whole "tell the entire branch exactly why you're here, we would all like to know" situation.

Came to this branch to get laundry quarters for my grandma, which I do regularly. They refused to give me any and said that I would maybe have better luck at other branches. The employees and managers did nothing to contact the other branches and provide me solutions. They did not help me in anyway to get money for my grandma, so she can do her laundry... I ended up going to two other stores to get what I needed. This place is the absolute worst. They do not care about people, only hoarding your money...
