The bank manager at this location is one of the best people I have had the opportunity to work with. She truly goes above and beyond for her small business customers. I sincerely appreciate all that she has done for us during this difficult year. Thank you again!

Cannot agree more with the previous review, from 2 years ago. Nothing changed. Tons of fees sneaking up on customers. Lots of debates to why those happen - it is always the customer's fault for not reading the fine print to when fees will be applied (like a $20 fee for not maintaining a $25,000.00 balance!). Not the "personal banker"'s responsibility to understand client's needs and profile (yet it is a legal requirement in the banking industry, called kyc=know your customer) and open the right account for the right customer. Client's preferences? What is that for a concept? Then if you dare to point out you are not served correctly, you get patronized by the manager (in my branch manager changed 4 times in 2 years),get talked down .... all managers had the same approach to doing business -- so it must be either how Columbia Bank trains all their employees, or it is a training oversight. Should i take some responsibility? I may have very high standards... but most banks were able to accommodate my very few precise needs and were more transparent about their pricing. Not a good bank! Tellers are Ok, courteous, accessible...but quality and delivery of services as bank, not Ok at all. Same with their credit cards offerings. And once a client, it is not that convenient to change banks. Especially if you have multiple accounts.

Friendly reception every time I go in the the bank. However, the drive up works pretty well for me. Competitive rates and local feel, highly recommend if shopping for bank services.

Switched from Citi Bank. What a difference in personal service. This bank actually answers the phone. I know the names of all the staff who have all worked at this branch for an average of 10+ years. The branch manager, Kevin Roe, is a fun, great person and is always available for assistance or friendly greeting.

Employees are not customer friendly. It has been a difficult bank to work with, nothing seems to be done efficiently.
