Great experience. Cashiers and all Frontline workers are quick and efficient.
The folks in the lot are real hustlers, as this place is really busy, and they still keep the lots tidy.
Everyone is friendly, and helpful.
The store is well stocked and things are easy to find.

I love Costco, but this Tigard locations supervisor staff is not good. I was at checkout, just trying to shop, and they harassed my not once, but twice, and on my way out the door to upgrade my membership. I refused several times, I've had the executive membership in the past and it didn't serve me enough to want to do it again. I explained this. I'm still getting harrassed as I'm leaving. I cannot exaggerate enough at how in my personal space this employee was. I avoid this location. No one should feel uncomfortable at a place theyre already paying to shop at! Teach your supervisory staff some boundaries! No means no!

This Costco is great but the new food court system is not.
I don’t want to stand in line for 30 minutes to get a hotdog after ordering through the self-serve kiosk.

Good Costco, with friendly employees and quick turnaround on returns and self-service.
Food court size and position can make it a bit tight to sit with a shopping cart.
Parking lot always busy though so check for quieter times if you're not into parking tangles!
