Super nice staff and clothing is well made from what I can see. However! They do not price match their website so I will be taking my purchase back and bringing this to their attention. I really hope they honor it. App isn't really user friendly, but that could just be me. And very important, they do not answer the phone when you call in, it's ridiculous and I'm not the only one to say this on reviews. So, bottom line, not my favorite store and from here on out I will be getting my active wear at other places.

Watch your info!! Someone is using my minor 13 year old daughter‘s phone and email to make purchases. I can’t call and have them remove the information because no one is answering the phone to answer my questions to make sure her info isn’t being shared irresponsibly. Communication is a key point of any business. Clearly they are not concerned. Don’t shop here.

had the worst experience I’ve ever had in this store. Love the clothes but the workers specifically this one girl was horrible. me and my friends came in this store, we are all Mexican. From the moment we stepped in this girl kept following us everywhere when all we were doing was just looking. I didn’t notice it until my friend pointed it out and said that the white chick won’t stop staring and following, so I told my friend to walk back and forth from places and she kept following and staring. She also told us we couldn’t take the clothes off the hangers???? Like huh? I was checking out the bikinis and had 3 in my hand, at this point we just felt uncomfortable so we decided to put it away and just leave. As we were leaving she stopped us and accused us of stealing and asked us where we put the clothes. We didn’t steal anything. We even asked her to check our bags and us to PROVE TO HER. We got her name I think it’s Marissa. My other friends showed up and they were also looking around AND she would not stop following. We have never ever had this happen to us in this store OR in this mall. It all felt super RACIST. SHE was the only worker in this store who acted this way. As people of color we immediately know how discrimination feels and THIS did not feel RIGHT to us at all. Anyway fire the racist skinny white girl named MARISSA.

I’ve been trying to call the store - they opened in a few mins. They would pick it up and set it down without talking to me. So I’d wait a min and then call back. The stories now open and they still have not picked it back up to talk to me. Customer service in store gives no sh!ts about customers. I suggest buying online - ridiculous. Almost 10 mins with the phone sitting on the counter with no one talking to me. Just background noise of them moving things.

I came around 12:00pm on Saturday September 23rd. A pretty young girl named Esther went above and beyond helping me select an outfit for my daughters birthday. Top notch customer service!! Will be back.

Customer service is very INTERESTING. Had a male help me make a return on 05/29/23 in the afternoon. Definitely could tell he had better places to be.. He was very snarky with the customer before me that was also making a return. When he was helping ME he was on his phone texting.. Very weird. Customer service is definitely nonexistent nowadays. He definitely needs help brushing up on his customer service.

Girl at the front desk with black and blonde hair clearly saw the dress I was trying to purchase was torn in a small area, we asked if we could get it switched out and she responds with “Umm..” and immediately switches to the next customer.

Saturday at noon and both the children and the other store were closed. No signs on the doors telling you they were closed or any information.
