Crate & Kids is a retail store known for its wide selection of home and children's products, along with friendly customer service. Visitors often comment on the welcoming atmosphere, with many employees eager to assist. One reviewer highlighted the store’s high level of greeting, where they were greeted multiple times during a brief visit. While some found this overwhelming, others appreciated the enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff. A standout employee, Jillian, was praised for her excellent service in the tableware section. She managed a busy area with a cheerful attitude, making the shopping experience more enjoyable. Customers also appreciate the store’s efforts to make children feel included; for example, a cashier named Kim engaged a young child by giving him a task, chatting with him, and making him feel important. This kind of personalized attention left a positive impression on shoppers. The store offers a great selection of items, including dishes, salt and pepper grinders, and other home decor. Customers find the process of shopping at Crate & Kids to be smooth and friendly, with staff members being helpful and approachable. Regarding delivery, many customers experience delays common across furniture companies due to supply chain issues. However, some stores like City Home in Portland are able to deliver quickly, within a few days. Overall, Crate & Kids is appreciated for its variety, friendly staff, and positive shopping environment, despite current delays in furniture delivery.

I came in here as it's one of my good friends favorite stores so had to check it out. They had lots of great things and I did buy a couple salt and pepper grinders in matte black. Customer service was great, I got asked lots if I needed any help. Everyone was friendly and process was seamless. I will definitely go back.

Obviously I love everything in this store, but what I especially love is the consistent, amazing service I get every time (which is a lot lately :))
