Just a brick-and-mortar shop along 99w... But it's only a couple shops that cricket has and we got in and out very quickly.

I am currently on the $60 a month unlimited plan. I had been happy with it until now. They had a promotional offer to add another line for $30. It also included a new Samsung phone for $200 which was a discount off its regular price. I was very adamant that I required. The hotspot on. Both phones was told that was no problem. I paid $416.26, the $200 phone is gone up by $100, fine with me I paid and I left Phone didn’t work I returned it got $200 back give them an existing phone I owned and had them put the $30 plan on it. It doesn’t work never has I’ve been in four times I can’t make it work. They ripped me off happened used it once, don’t bother calling their helpline. It won’t work never go there again.

I just had a wonderful experience at this location. I have been having trouble with my voicemail for more than a year and a half. I tried calling Cricket, going into other locations and could not get the problem fixed. Anthony spent time with me, tried many different solutions, talked with me to fully understand the problem and fixed it! While we were waiting, he also let me know how I could save money on a better plan. Overall, he was wonderful, I highly recommend this location!!

Wow verenice the manager was amazing. She really helped me with all my questions and got me set up quickly. I came without all the right information to switch over and she guided me and helped me get all the info I needed with no complaints. She is amazing ! Definitely recommend !
