Not "by appointment only"! This location isn't even open. The building looks abandoned! Several of their locations aren't actually open or even there. False advertising. If I used them there's no telling where my loved one would end up.

If you have ANY other options….take them. DO NOT take your loved one here unless you want to be just another body, literally. This is the last place I can recommend ever having a loved one taken for their final moments. At the door, we were told we could not enter any further. When the receptionist eventually deigned to acknowledge us, we were told to wait. There was not even a place to sit, much less any luxury like coffee or water. Finally, someone came to help us (20 minutes after our appointment time). We were handed a price list before anything else, including condolences for the loss of our father. It quickly became clear that we were only there for paperwork and to hand them a check. Despite having brought all the paperwork we were told we needed, our documents were rejected. I finally decided I’d had enough and went to leave. The argument to keep me from going? I would have to pay a fee to have my father’s body transferred elsewhere, and they were the cheapest place in town. Trust me, it was worth it to go somewhere else. The people here are cold and uncaring. They don’t care about your loss, you’re just a dollar sign.

They were rude, uncaring, unprofessional, and incompetent. They made a terrible time much worse. My mother deserved much more than the service we received. Please do not use their services and put yourself in the horrible position we found ourselves in.

I called Crown Memorial to make arrangements for simple Cremation for my Husband and I, We wanted to pre-plan . I happened to talk to a lady that lives in my townhome complex. She was kind enough to drop off the info and complete arrangement guide at our home. After we reviewed the info, my husband and I decided to use their services and wanted to make an appointment to make the arrangements. I called four times and left messages asking someone to call me to make an appointment, I even asked for the lady that lives in our complex who dropped off the brochure. No one called me back so I called her cell number that she gave me when she dropped off the info. She said she never received a message and I asked why no one else called me back. I asked her if she would want to do business with a business that was this unprofessional and she said no and apologized for the customer service that we were not given. I don't feel good about Crown Memorial and we have decided to take our business else where!

Very disappointed with this business. Zero empathy at our family's loss, just concerned with money. Calls not returned. Rude in person.

Bruce was so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, during this very difficult time of great loss, Bruce helped to make this experience as smooth and gentle as can be. We highly recommend Crown Memorial Center for all of your cremation or burial needs. Thank you again Bruce.

Helpful and courteous. Did not try to prey upon my grieving emotions by trying to talk me into spending more. Very grateful for that.Did everything in a timely manner.

Such a kind younger man took mom from her room to Autumn. Flowers for the family were delivered to Autumn and the office gal called to tell us, then read the note to us, and kept them watered until we could get them. The staff answered every question so patiently and the paperwork was promptly completed.
