This place sucks and the costumer service is horrible!! I went yesterday to get some things, their computers were down and I couldn’t make a purchase so I was told I had to place it on hold and come back. I get things happen and was kind about it. I came back today. Two store employees looked for my items and they both couldn’t find them. So I asked to looked and sure enough I found one of the items in the “on hold” locker….. yep I had to do their job because they couldn’t do it and all they could do was say “sorry”. Such a horrible experience.

They do have some decent deals.
I was able to get a 300lb Olympic weight set on sale for $279.98, minus another $20 for email sign up for a promotion code.
So $40 off retail for a weight set that will last a lifetime.
The added benefit of staying in shape means healthy aging if nutrition is on point.
Very helpful staff getting my order to my car.
Dicks has some big balls.

Nathan in shoes did an excellent job of helping my son pick out some new Adidas. He was super patient as he tried on three different pairs, and settled on some Campuses. Also we love shopping at Dicks bc they support DEI.

Great place to get sporting goods like shoes, clothes and sports balls. Their running shoe selection is great and their football selection is incredible with a wall high shelf of footballs and also bins with various sports balls. So a great place to get running shoes and footballs.

Got sold a bike with leaking brake lines. Very unsafe. I asked why the lever felt spongy before purchasing but was told it’s normal for the rear brakes.

Near impossible to access dressing rooms. The people upstairs not only refuse to let you pay at their register, they also congregate in a little clique together in the corner of the store. I will never shop here again!

Drove through awful traffic to pick up a limited sneaker raffle I was super excited about as a collector, only to be told the pickup window is given in Eastern time zone, for a store in Oregon? The pair was sold to someone else as I was now 40 minutes late because I showed up at 11:45. Email says pickup from 10-2 the girl at the counter tried making me feel dumb for not realizing this. Why would this be the case the store doesn't even open during those Eastern time zone. Frustrating day and a waste of time with rude employee

Associates everywhere, but none offering to help.
There are not useful signs indicating where certain types of clothes are.
Prices are ridiculously high for low-quality clothes.

Won't even match promotions on their own website. Claims it doesn't apply when you can clearly check out online with it discounted as it should be.

Went in looking for bike and was super impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful Aaron was. Made the whole experience very easy! He went above and beyond and provided such good help I had to leave a review.

Walking through the store to return a product I purchased at another store in the mall, I was racially profiled by a white teenage employee who instead of asking if I needed help or anything assumed I was stealing a product by yelling “HEY DID YOU PAY FOR THAT?” When confronted about it in front of his peers on my way back through the store after returning the product he claimed I didn’t have a receipt which he never asked for in the first place. He continued to talk back to me disrespectfully until one of his coworkers had to de escalate the situation. I don’t recommend doing business here.

The employees were extremely rude and not at all helpful. I placed an order online to pick up. I then arrived at the store 40 minutes after placing my order. The website said that orders would be ready in an hour, so I thought I would check in to see if I could get an estimated time when the order might be ready. I looked around and saw a cashier by the registers and no one else around, so I asked her if she had any suggestion as to how long until it would be ready. Her response was not even to ask about the order number or the items in my order, but to say, "We get lots of online orders. If you haven't received a notification that it's ready, then you'll just have to wait." Even after explaining that we live over 2 hours away, and would really appreciate not having to lose my entire day to waiting for an order to be filled, her response was the same. I tried to elicit help once more by letting her know that I had called over after placing the order to verify the items I purchased were actually in stock since both items said that there was only 1 left, and it had been confirmed that the items were in stock, and I wondered if there was any chance that they might just be sitting somewhere, or if maybe I could find them to help the process along. I was then told that the only option besides waiting was to cancel the online order and purchase the items in person. At this point, my daughter needed to use the restroom, so we decided to leave in search of a bathroom and lunch, in the hopes that the order would be ready when we returned. We walked out of the store and within a minute (no exaggeration), I had received a text saying that the order was ready to be picked up. We continued to the bathroom and to get lunch, stopping to sit and eat for a few minutes, before returning to the store. By this time, it had been 1 hour 15 minutes since placing the order, so I was fully expecting it to be ready. The text I had received telling me that the order was ready had a link for me to click on in order to "check in when you arrive." I clicked on it, following the prompts to let the store know where I was standing (by the registers) and what I was wearing for identification purposes. The site then told me that I was next in line, and someone would bring my order right out.My daughter and I stood talking for 5 minutes waiting for someone to approach us, at which point I told her I would give them 5 more minutes and then I would find out what was going on. About halfway through that wait, the same person we had spoken with earlier approached with a digital device in her hand. Cashier: Are you here to pick up your order?Me: Yes.Cashier: What is the last name?Me: BrownCashier: With a W or with an S?Me: (Puzzled) It has a W. Wait, do you mean first initial?Cashier: Yes.Me: Oh! My first initial is an S.Cashier: Well, the order pickup area is on the other side of the store. You'll need to go over there to pickup your order. My daughter and I then walked across the store to get the order, which the other store employee then had to go get from a locked cabinet. I can honestly say that I will NEVER go back to this store again, and here are the things that should be fixed if anyone cares about having happy customers that care to return:1. If someone comes in looking for an online order, suggest that they could maybe check in with the people at the order pickup desk.2. Ask the customer what the order number is, and check to see what the status of the order is. Even if there's no way to pick up the order sooner, these first two steps make it look like the cashiers want to be helpful, as opposed to not caring at all.3. The website states that online orders will be ready in an hour. If this is not accurate, or an order cannot be filled in that amount of time, the website needs to be changed.4. When someone arrives in store to pick up an order and checks in via the website, either the order needs to be brought to the customer or the website response needs to be altered.5. Clear signage directing to the pickup
