I have been using Drive for a few years and I always get great customer service. They take great care of my books and any time I have a technical question they are really good about answering it in a timely manner. They also work with my CPA to make sure when my taxes and books are all lined up. I can’t recommend Drive enough. Thanks to all of you!

Great onboarding conversation and first impressions, it's truly unfortunate that this company couldn't be consistent. If you're reading this review, please consider looking at other firms. We signed up for and agreed to quarterly services and nothing more than adjusting QB categories has been done on our account since October 2021, it's May and our 2021 books aren't even closed. Either the company lost associates, had too many accounts or just doesn't know how to organize themselves - but it is at my small businesses expense.We are hiring out another firm and requested that Drive pay towards some of the clean up needed due to their negligence and they are refusing to do so. It shows a company's true character when an apology isn't received and compensation efforts aren't taken to right the wrongs.

We were referred to Eric Johnisee of Drive Accounting through EO contacts. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of attention, care and expertise he provided to us. We were initially coming to him for job costing help, but he discovered larger issues that we were able to address to improve the health of our company. Eric has the talent of a teacher, to help non-financially-minded business owners understand the workings of their books, and what choices can and should be made from a strategic perspective. We very much appreciated his help and hope to work with Eric and his team in the future.

I reached to Drive to see about getting my books closed for taxes. In short notice, Eric jumped on a call with me and was able to resolve all my bookkeeping issues during the call. He was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable.... I just hope they pick me up as a client as I am also looking for bookkeeping services on retainer!

I had to merge two different bank ledgers into one so I could close out yearend. I had been trying to do this for two years and with three different bookkeeping services. Drive solved my problem remotely, in les than two hours. They know what they are doing!

As a new/old user of QuickBooks, I reached out to Ted regarding issues discovered in using the Enterprise Desktop version along with looking into whether or not solutions had been found for old issues. Ted was able to connect me a great resource, Jack Jones, who was very pleasant and professional in our virtual meeting. He was able to provide both guidance and helpful information on the software. I plan to reach out to Drive Accounting in the future as a resource.

We paid drive accounting an awful lot of money to mess up our books worse than when they started. We were quoted one amount for an estimate, then in reality that estimate quickly ballooned up 500%. For a company that deals in numbers, one would believe an estimate from them would be closer to the truth. the owner threw his associate under the bus when i asked about that. if you want to waste your money on a bunch of shady, bilking liars, drive accounting is your huckleberry. Scammers delight.

I had some accounting questions and then needed assistance upgrading Quickbooks from 2009 to 2021 and was given the recommendation of Drive Accounting. I worked with both Eric and Ted and found them to be helpful and responsive. Their communication was clear and direct, they explained/elaborated when asked. I was given clear expectations and they were exceeded. Much appreciated!

I was referred to Drive Accounting after my ProAdvisor retired. I made contact and stated what I wanted to do with my current use of QB. Ted researched what I was wanting and made suggestions. I feel very comfortable in working with them and I am looking forward to the updating they will be doing in the next few weeks.

The email feature quit working on my QB program. Called Ted and he reviewed the set up. Explained how to remove the address and add it back. Email is working perfectly again! Thank you, Shary
