I was in the other afternoon with my sister and the manager with the ponytail made us really uncomfortable, i think her name was lindsey? she hovered around us like we were stealing and we felt like we had to leave because she made us so uncomfortable. Probably wont he back if thats how they treat people.

"Order online for same day pickup" doesn't actually mean what they promise. It took them 2 days to fill an order that only included 1 pair of shoes. Needless to say, I cancelled the order as Amazon got the same shoes to me faster and I didn't have to drive to pick them up. I try to support brick & mortar stores but they have to meet me half way....

Came into DSW earlier today and saw that there was a long line at the registers. There was only one person working there and three people working on the floor.
It bothers me that not one of the three came to help out with the line, to me that shows a lack of teamwork.
