I read some of these reviews and wonder if I'm writing about the same Enterprise! I did not myself rent a car here, but I assisted a friend in getting here and then sat nearby to observe the transaction. It ended up being no transaction at all, as they refused to rent to my friend. I have rented from this company in other parts of the country (Utah, New York, and California), and used the same kind of payment card that my friend was trying to use, so this made no sense to me. Furthermore, I felt that the way my friend was treated by the staff amounted to nothing less than discrimination. I heard the first agent ask for 2 kinds of documentation to verify my friend's identity and income. His Oregon driver's license and wage stubs weren't enough? We drove back to his house to fetch those, then returned to the branch with adequate time before closing to complete a rental agreement. A new agent took up the transaction, and he refused to accept the documents which my friend produced, and demanded additional other documents, for which there simply was not enough time to obtain before closing---and the timing of this rental was time critical. End result, my friend had to cancel an appointment which he was going to drive to (in another part of Oregon) since he would not have a working car to get him there. I was outraged along with my friend at how they treated him and gave him not only no customer service, but customer disservice. Again, it's hard for me to believe that I read such glowing comments here when I witnessed truly bad service, and very likely discrimination (of the Title VI kind). A great irony to me in all this: Not more than a few years ago, my friend was a very highly praised professional airport shuttle driver. Shame on the staff for this poor treatment of my friend.

Both employees they were very very nice . They made my experience a great one and were friendly and asked if I had any questions. Even showed me all of the features of the van I rented . Will definitely use them again .

The Tigard Enterprise office makes renting a vehicle quick, easy and convenient. The folks who work there are friendly and helpful while picking up and dropping off the car. In the past I have used another rental company for almost a decade, and Enterprise is now my go-to for renting cars. Recommended.

Every regional and national manager should come and learn from the awesome team members of this branch on how to provide exceptional customer service, customer retention and more!!! This guys will do above and beyond to satisfy the customers needs. It is the 5th time my husband rents a vehicle from this branch and every time the experience gets better. My husband travels the country and rents many vehicles a year but this location stood out above the rest.

I had an appointment to be picked up at auto repair shop, that enterprise called to verify multiple times. However they were over 25 mins late picking me up. When I got into the office I saw 3 agents standing around chatting and plenty of cars in the lot, so there was no reason for the delay as they had resources (staff to drive and cars to drive). The auto body shop called them twice to check on when they’d arrive.

VERY BAD customer service and disrespectful. I called once they hung up in my face I called again they took forever to answer. Alex picked up the phone with a attitude, was very rude how he was talking to me, I asked a simple question and he told me to wait and I think he thought the phone was on mute and said this "this bitch is dumb and a shit show". The whole time the phone wasn't on mute. Would never go here again and would not recommend it.

Andrew, thanks for amazing lack of customer service. I know the world is short handed but cutting me off half way through my conversation and not allowing me to talk isn't a good loom. I get my insurance didn't have the reservation ready but come on dude. Doesn't mean you have to be rude. Also, I would pull he's call logs and recordings dude js rude to everyone.

I've used Enterprise Rent-A-Car twice. Once at the Tigard location and once in Tualatin. I've had a great experience at both locations. I do think I prefer the Tualatin location more though. My personal car was totaled in an accident the last time I used them. They handled all of the insurance billing for my rental so it was one less thing to worry about. When I told them the insurance company had determined my car was a total loss, they suggested Enterprise Car Sales. I was apprehensive at first, but, once I learned more about what they offered I pursued it. The sales side of Enterprise was not pushy at all and all their cars go through a rigorous 30-day inspection and come with a full one-year warranty. Would definitely use them again.

Truly a five star service. We requested a last minute upgrade and they went out of their way to accommodate our request. Very friendly and most of all, happy staff.The car was perfect.
