Their site lies. They do not offer weekly cleanings during your long stay. They will give you clean linens if you take dirty to office but you do your own cleaning/changing linens. Breakfast offers are limited and they dont always have coffee. Most of the staff is nice but some need training.Rooms: Average but decently insulatedSafety: Off beaten path so pretty safe. No homeless encampments within a mile.Walkability: Mot. In quietish neighborhood with office buildings

We stayed here for 5 days. First and foremost, I left my iPad in the room at check out.. called immediately, was told it would have been placed in the safe and the manager is the only one who can access the safe and he would call back. I ended up having to call daily for 2 weeks to finally speak to the manager who then said they didn’t have the iPad. Which clearly means whoever cleaned the room stole it. We let him know we would have to file a police report, and asked if this has happened before to which he said “never” which is quite hard to believe. The only person to go in the room after us is staff, and clearly whoever found it kept it. Which is really not smart as it’s locked and they can’t do anything with it. But people who steal generally aren’t smart. I would certainly suggest not staying here, as in the instance you may forget something, the staff doesn’t have the integrity to return it.Upon check in, I was told that if there were “too many homeless people” near the building I could request to move. I had no idea at check in this was an apparent issue at this location, and probably wouldn’t have thought much of it if I hadn’t been told that by staff (as in, I didn’t ask anything about this, the information was just offered when I checked in). There were guests selling drugs in the parking lot, and others doing drugs in the parking lot. The hotel charges additional fees if you would like your room cleaned at any time during your stay. They do not have ice machines. The Wi-Fi was generally slow. The upgraded Wi-Fi was not any faster. Had we been more familiar with the area (we had just moved here), we likely would have stayed elsewhere. At check in, we were also begged to leave a good review. Which I would have obliged if not for the iPad incident. While that isn’t the managers fault outright that a staff member stole from us, the fact that we had to call and chase them down to get an answer was pretty ridiculous. And then being told “nothing like that had ever happened before”. Some acknowledgement would have been nice.TLDR; not worth it, don’t stay here. Property was generally gross/not clean/scary, and there are clearly people on staff who are thieves.Rooms: Pretty run down, not very clean.Safety: No sense of safety. People doing and selling drugs in the parking lot.Walkability: Not a walkable area

Avoid at all cost! Every day multiple times a day I was locked out of my room. I would leave my hotel room and return back to a key that was no longer operational to my room. The hotel room was filthy, mold in the tub, sink clogged and wouldn't drain, the kitchen had a film of food on the counters, the refrigerator was dirty, there was a can left under my bed from a previous visitor, filth behind and under the beds, the door handle fell off, laundry room is filthy and barely any of the units work, the window wouldn't open and shut properly for ventilation, and the list goes on. Our privacy was violated on multiple occasions by the staff. Fellow patrons smoking outside of our room half the night, playing loud music through the night. Honestly, this was the most disgusting and disturbing hotel experience I have ever had and can't believe it is still operational. The woman in charge is rude and combative, it is hard to speak with her over small things such as needing toiletries. The housekeepers didn't visit our room once during the entire stay. I reached out to the manager with no response. And after reading another persons review I come to find apparently they make it a habit of kicking out guests who make it known the hotel is lacking in quality hospitable services. Among so many outstanding issues at this establishment, I have to insist that they revamp and improve their operations. I will never stay at an extended stay again & advise all to avoid these establishments.

This company is absolutely full of B.S. THEY TOOK MY MONEY ON A BOOKING MADE THROUGH EXPEDIA. A ROOM WHICH I NEEDED ONLY FOR THE 1 NIGHT. This was done after hours, which they stated in the listing prior to taking my payment, that was acceptable. as long as the check-in was before 12 am (I arrived at the hotel at 11:15 pm October 31st. Yet when I went to check-in to my room that I paid $100 for I found that there was nobody in the office, which I expected due to the “after hours” booking. MIND YOU I BOOKED THE ROOM 15 minutes prior to my arrival, at 11 pm. When I called the after hours number on the door I was told that he was unable to see my reservation. So I proceeded to explain the situation to him; that I had just paid $$$ for the room, and booked it through Expedia for their hotel, and that I had received a confirmation for my reservation. He repeated himself stating he didn’t see any reservation and that either way it didn’t matter because it was after hours and I would have to come back the following day to check in, at 3 pm.When the check-out time is 11 am, and I only needed the room for the ONE NIGHT THAT I PAID FOR. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE FOR ME TO COME BACK 4 hours after my booking was scheduled to check-out. EXCEPT I NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THE HOTEL LOBBY LET ALONE THE ROOM THAT I PAID $$$ FOR, and was never allowed to utilize.AFTER REACHING OUT TO EXPEDIA, who contacted this hotels “escalation team” multiple times and they refused to refund me my money whatsoever.I HAD TO SLEEP IN MY TRUCK WITH IT NEARLY FREEZING OUTSIDE BECAUSE THIS HOTEL CLERK WAS TOO LAZY TO COME AND DO HIS JOB. THIS IS A COMPLETE VIOLATION OF OREGONS FAIR TRADE PRACTICES ACT AND I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THEM IN REGARDS TO THIS NEGLIGENCE AND MISREPRESENTATION

Found used needle caps on the bathroom floor it look like there was blood that wasn't wiped up we literally packed up and left The guy at the counter said that he didn't think that it was a cap to a point that he thinks it was like a socket plug but that he would have to look into it and that he wouldn't refund us... We still left The reason I gave the room a two-star is the fact that it was big and we were located on the end of the building but people were so loud outside that it sounded like they were knocking on our door when they weren't they were trying to open their door next door

My wife and I stayed at this location for a good hot minute, given the circumstances and situation, it is what it is, although, once my wife started investigating charges to our accounts regarding alleged service fees, then the attack on our character started, a breakdown was requested and given and after reviewing it we determined and can prove they had overcharged us both, initially the mistake was infact corrected, funds were returned. However in the time we stayed, we had to make arrangements with a few payments, it's understood that people have issues with either hours and pay, I get it, although, when I make a payment for a time frame and am chagedand told something other than my wife, it's not us who have the problem with communication, we learned that at least 5 others had been checked into unsanitary non serviced rooms. And I don't recall what the D-bags name is that spoke to my wife, but,, when A CUSTOMER REQUEST TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER YOU GET THE F...... MANAGER , YOU DO NOT DENY ACCESS TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OBVIOUSLY BETTER AND MORE TRAINED THAN YOU. And since we've been gone from this place y'all still trying to take cash from both our accounts? Y'all better stop. Do it one more again and you will have fafo.

The good:Great location, tucked away from the busy streets and easy access to your vehicle as the doors are outside. Friendly service, from the front desk to the housekeeping employees. The not so good:The rooms are dated, plenty of damaged corners, walls etc. The appliances in our room were from the late 90s. They did work but there were issues. Loud neighbors, which I don't mind every once in a while, but night after night is a bit much.Overall, this extended stay is a bit outdated, but it is on the more affordable side. The employees are friendly and will try to accommodate you in any way they can. So if you're fine with older rooms, some loud neighbors, you should be fine.

This place sucked. The longer I stayed the more I noticed how dirty it was. The rooms are full of dust and the key cards always stop working. We had an issue one night coming back to the room where both key cards didn’t work. I tried going to the lobby and no one was there to help since there office hours were from 7am-11pm. The lobby should ALWAYS have somebody!! Especially for emergencies like this. There was no way for my husband and I to get back into the room. I had to go sleep in the room my parents were staying in. Also, not once did they come clean the room. We stayed for 5 nights and ran out of toilet paper and clean towels. I can’t express how upsetting this is and they're probably not going to do anything to change it either. It’s getting one star from me because it doesn’t give me the ability to post without giving any stars.

I get it's an extended stay hotel, but to schedule room cleaning every 14 days is ridiculous! I understand there are those who reside at the hotel in between permanent housing. There are those of us though who are staying here for work and would like our rooms cleaned a little more often than 14 days. Come on people!

The guy at the front desk that couldn’t stand up and couldn’t be bothered to provide service- said he was the GM. Explains the reviews. Save your money and stay elsewhereThe response [below] by this hotel is purely aesthetic. Negative reviews go back months and are consistent. The unprofessional and shameful behavior of your GM is an actionable matter. Nobody here is interested in a Google response-. Do better.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We booked a hotel for this past weekend and since we weren't sure we would make it on time, we called to try to cancel and they said we could not. We moved things around and made it to the hotel so we wouldn't lose our money and there was nobody to check us in even though our reservation said late check in was available. We were stuck without a room, trying to find a hotel to stay in for the night. After days of trying, they are refusing to refund our money when we didn't stay there. We have spoken multiple times with the manager Gabriel and he is the most rude and condescending person I have ever dealt with and I work in customer service. We will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau because they are stealing our money. We have never had a worse experience with a hotel or their management before. Please do not stay here, even the people at the local Motel 6 were so much better

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.After the third try, we finally got a room that had AC. We followed the clerk to this room as we were exhausted. The TV had been freshly stolen. Bolt and dust where the TV once was. The clerk said it couldn't have been maintenance because they dont really have any at night. The room was so filthy I took several pictures. Literally have skid row hot plates in the "kitchenette." The fridge, bathroom, walls, floors were all disgusting. The bed was clean, at least in appearance. We were afraid to shower there and got the hell out.I travel for a living and have been at alot of not so great places. This takes the cake. It was like being in a crack house. When you pulled up, it looked so nice. It's like they bought section 8 housing and dabbed a little makeup on it.Clearly, corporate is bleeding the money from this facility and putting nothing back into it.I'm not even sure what was screwed into the bedside light fixture. It wasn't a bulb. See the pictures. We've been on the move since that stay, and this is my first chance to finally voice my concerns and complaints.Had we not been exhausted, we would have left and found a new hotel.Rooms: What more can I say, absolutely filthy.Safety: With all the rest of the problems we had, I highly recommend not staying here for your safety. The TV was somehow stolen from our room within hours of us going in. How? Some off the clock or former staff with an all access key card?Food & drinks: We asked where the ice machine was. The clerk said we don't have any, but each refrigerator has ice trays. That wasn't true. We were in two different rooms(first didn't have AC) and there wasn't ice trays. We searched.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I am so angry this is acceptable to anyone. My husband was charged 900$ for 3 nights and the only person working told him she couldn’t get him a refund. The hall way to the room was literally over run with trash, it’s all over the ground so you have to step through it just to get into my room. I get in my room and am completely horrified. Honestly if it wasn’t almost 1 in the morning I would leave and go find another hotel. There’s chunks of stuff all over the floor like it hasn’t been swept, the toilet has pink mildew inside it like it hasn’t been scrubbed, the shower curtain has crusty spots and stains all over it, there’s pink mildew and mold all over the inside of the shower, the bed isn’t even a king size like we reserved, it to is completely covered in stains, the coffee pot has never been wiped on the inside, the lamp shades are old, cracked, stained, and one lamp doesn’t even have a light bulb.I am truly grossed out, angry, and am waking up early to leave this rat hole. O and there’s a guy outside bbqing, getting drunk and peeing in the bushes. Do not stay here, don’t even spend the night if you value your comfort.Update: I called a few times and finally got ahold of the manager, I believed his name was Gage.Wow.I was told that the building is being remodeled and we must have gotten a room that hadn’t been done yet. Excuse 1. I was told that I should have contacted the front desk to let them know, they could have given us a different room. Even though I told him my husband called and no one was there. Excuse 2. I was told and I quote “ it’s a two star motel, what did you expect?”Completely and utterly disgusted with how I was spoken too and the simple disregard for standards at this location. Some people just don’t care about anything anymore. But when your job is hospitality, you would think you would care more about what your customers have to say about their experience.

The location was 5 stars, the cleanliness was 2 stars as the floor made the towels super grey from wiping up water, the bathroom and kitchen area had ants, and they were short staffed so we didn't get out room serviced as advertised every other week. The other thing is the front desk worker tried to charge us $10 to have it serviced or borrow the vacuum to do it ourselves which was later found to be not the case when the manager/senior front desk worker came in. The lady that works the front desk is so understanding and the one to ask of needing anything.
