Trojan Storage of Tigard offers storage units for both personal and professional use. The facility is noted for its exceptional and above-and-beyond service, with friendly, helpful, and caring staff. The management receives consistent praise for being awesome, kind-hearted, and phenomenal, providing great promotional deals and thorough assistance. The facility itself is relatively clean, spotless, and seems relatively safe and secure. It features specialty heated storage units, which are very warm on the upper floors. The location is convenient, just off Highway 99 and the 217 Freeway, though accessing the property can be a pain until discovering the best driveway. A significant point is the elevator, which can be a brief exercise in frustration due to a quickly expiring entry code, making moving items in and out take longer. Overall, customers recommend the place for its reasonable pricing, wonderful management, and premium features, despite some challenges with the elevator and heat.
I’ve used a few different storage places over the years , including other Trojan locations , and I like this one the best. It is by far the cleanest place and I love the location And the manager, Sharon is so nice and very, very helpful always.

Sharon was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and covered every detail needed. Were I in need of a manager for my business I’d steal her away from Trojan in a heartbeat. Thanks, Sharon!

5 Stars for Trojan… mainly thanks to Sharon! You can tell this place is very well managed by her. The facilities are very clean and she takes pride in her work. Prices were fair compared to other places I shopped.
