Customer service at the Tigard location is always awesome! The manager, Cody Kachelein, is very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful every time we come in. And the facility is always very clean and our storage unit always feels very dry. This is extremely important for keeping our beds and wood materials safe from mold or warping.
Highly recommend using this facility!!

We've been renting for 2 years at Extra Space Storage on 68th Pkwy., Tigard. It's a clean facility, the service is great; we've had no problems. I'd recommend.

I have to say I never thought I would ever want to deal with a storage unit after dealing with a public storage. Then Push came to shove and I needed a better answer. Extra space opened up off of 68th and Parkway I have been there ever since.
That being said. It's all about communication!. Cody is the man. Up most respect to the man. He works with you. Show respect he'll give it straight back and then some. Communicate, hold up your end of the deal and anything can happen. Not to mention I have never seen a manager hire the exactly to the "T" the perfect people for the job. This location being a training site and all he must have the magic touch. Every single employee I have dealt with has been above par in customer service exalance. Thank you Cody and to your team. I still own my things, I have been able to weed through and condensed at my own pace. Thank you. "CHEERS to the good people"

Cassie was super laid back about showing us units and explaining prices. She was quick and professional and able to explain all the rules and and procedures and was happy to work with her. Even my daughter thought we were in and out of the building

Friendly service who went out of their way to find me the best price. Very kind and understanding of how difficult the temporary storage process can be. 100% will come back here if I need to again.
Upon move-out, they seemed genuinely happy for me that I was moving on with my life, LOL. No seriously, it was great. I will happily return if I need to store again.
