I had to store my belongings for about five months and Extra Space Storage and their wonderful employees, Cody and Jakob have been very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire facility is very clean and secure. It’s definitely been a very positive experience and I felt that my belongings were very safe.

staff was super friendly facilities were really clean for what I was expecting. No issues with security, you have to use key access to get in.

I moved from a Extra Space that became a Public Storage. I do not like Public Storage. I moved into another Extra Space and was impressed with how easy it was to transfer my account. The new place is great and access was easy. Cody the manager on duty was very helpful and showed me around the property. Im definitely glad I moved

I had an excellent experience with the managers and staff. This is one of three rentals I have done at Xtra Space storage over the past five years, because they are clean and managers and staff are very very helpful and nice people. The radical price variations after the initial offers are the reason for 4 stars vs 5--that's a corporate issue not the fault of the great staff who are very consultative to help find the right deal. I just moved out and the staff was also just as helpful to a soon-to-be-former customer.
