This is the only branch of Ferguson I dread being sent to. There’s this one guy, I’m not sure of his name but he’s usually the main counter guy, older bald. I’m not sure what the man has going on in life but he does not seem like he enjoys his job or doing his job. I thought it was just me but it’s not. The guy will take his time and make you wait even when there’s not much going on. I don’t expect him to run as fast as he can to serve customers but please be more mindful. I was in there for 45 minutes . 35 minutes was spent sitting at the counter because he just was sitting at the computer. I also do not recommend showing up before 8 and do not show up when there’s several plumbers in there. He doesn’t seem to do well with multiple tasks. He likes to get an attitude if you ask him for an item and he has to look it up. Every other Ferguson has excellent customer service. Shoot I started going to consolidated more often because of this and we try to not use consolidated as often because of the price difference.
I don’t want the Ferguson guy to get in trouble but come on bud, we aren’t purposely trying to make your job hard. I’m rooting for you!

Been plumbing for years and I tend to regret using Ferguson every time. This branch is extremely understaffed and the main guy behind the counter couldn’t care less about anything and doesn’t hide it. Ordered a part for a job and when I came to pick it up a day AFTER it was supposed to be here it still hasn’t arrived. What is irritating is the guy here couldn’t tell me if had been delivered until he was forced to get off his butt and use his scooter to go ask the warehouse guys. He acted really put out which is how he always acts. I’ll be avoiding Ferguson unless absolutely necessary and I have no other options.

6x what i can but it for on Amazon or at a big box hardware store

Michael was truly such a kind person. Lately, we've been needing to replace the water heater in our restaurant, and finding the right-sized heater has been quite challenging. Even though we couldn't find the perfect product, he went out of his way to assist us and explained everything at our level of understanding. We're incredibly grateful for his help.

Was pretty sure I knew the ac capacitor I needed by searching online. Item was in stock and employee verified with his team to ensure it fit when I got there which made me feel better about the diy project. Came home and fixed in 5 min. Also like the early hours.

Sold wrong shower surround that doesn’t fit my tub. Bought the new correct one and was told they would return the one they ordered wrong. Now they won’t return it. Lied to. Can’t trust employees. Don’t use this company

Totally understaffed. Don't go unless you call it in first. Morlan and Consolidated are close enough to just pass on these folks.

Very knowledgeable, helpful staff . Helped me with fitting hose to faucet and found solution which 2 other stores couldn't help with. Will definitely be back in figure with future plumbing issues . They say they are more for contractors and building new homes, but they had lots of knowledge about my problem. Thank you
