Great experience all around! They fit me in on a busy Sunday to repair my tire, they were honest and ethical, AND there was a tire repair promotion for $0! I’ll definitely come back here for future car/tire services.

Life savers on a Sunday. I did not have a flat tire planned and luckily was able to find Firestone was open. Even though they were busy with appointments Brennan was able to fix my flat within less than 30 minutes. The place was fresh and clean and they were fast,awesome, with great customer service. Will remember them for my other tire needs.

Brought our car in Sunday afternoon for overheating and charging issues. Greg said they would squeeze it in and see if they can fix it. He called me a couple hours to tell me the issue they found and a quote and would get right on it. Greg called back maybe an hour later saying the part they picked up from local vendors did not match up and were not able to track down on on Sunday and would need to call dealer(Mini) Monday morning. Called me by 830am with a nee quote with part from Mini and had car fixed and ready by 1pm. Greg did a great job keeping me up to date. So far so good on repair.

Ben is super nice and knows his stuff. I had a flat tire and he got me in even though the day was booked. I live in Salem and everywhere else was closed. Just wanted to say thank you guys and keep up the good work!

This location is always so helpful, honest and fair. They always give me a heads up and let me know what is and is not urgent. I really appreciate knowing I can trust them. My father was a mechanic and he was well known for being so honest with his customers. I find that this if the feeling I get coming here. I will continue to use the folks at this location always.

Ben at the desk was amazingly kind, easy to work with and knowledgeable. He made an emergency situation easier to deal with. Total resolution was achieved of the issues with my car.
