In 2022, the Flow team replaced my gutters and the workmanship continues to be outstanding. I reached out again to the team for advice on gutter cleaning and they immediately put me on the schedule and within a few days came to my home in Gearhart Oregon and completed the job hassle free and in a professional manner. A single shingle blew off our roof in one of this past winter’s storms, and we reached out to three roofing companies for an estimate. One didn’t even come out to look and facilitated the quote over email (which didn’t provoke confidence), one tried to upsell us on a bunch of additional “fixes” (resulting in an alarmingly high quote), and then Nic from Flow came over. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our roof and attic to ensure that he wasn’t missing anything, provided his perspective on the higher quote we received, and then proceeded to provide his recommendations and a very fair quote. We were very appreciative of his time and attention, and will be reaching out to Flow for any additional roofing needs in the future.

The folks from Flow were all very professional and friendly, showed up right on time, answered my questions etc.
The only hiccup was that after getting up on the roof to do the work, the team judged that the agreed upon plan (as detailed in our quote and invoice) wouldn’t be feasible, and they went ahead and implemented an alternate plan without even trying to check in with us about whether or not the alternate plan would meet our needs (it didn’t). We were home, they had our cell numbers. They just didn’t ask us. After they left, I went out to look and saw that they had done something very different from what we had discussed. To their credit, someone from Flow came back out that same day to fix it after I called the office. But I would much rather have had the team check in with me when they realized they weren’t going to be able to do the work as planned.

Gutters on three buildings ( house, garage, ADU) moss treatment on roof.
We will reschedule for annual Maintence. Excellent experience.
Update :We just had Jarred out for an emergency service- the heavy rain last weekend created some flooding in the basement. He did a great job, and was very polite. I’m a long term customer and really value the professionalism and great manners

Flow roofing has great customer service and make sure that you are happy with their work. Nice gutters. Highly recommended.
Update: I just used Flow roofing again for a different house. Same great work and customer service! They put up a new roof and new 6 inch gutters and downspouts. The price was reasonable. All the workers who came through were very nice and courteous. Thanks.

Flow roofing did an excellent job from the initial request for quote through the completed project. We had never replaced a roof before so the learning curve was steep to get up to speed on the process & materials. The staff at Flow were great at communicating each step and were patient to answer my many questions without being condescending. We had a contact point each step of the way & they showed up and completed the work in a timely manner. The crew cleaned up the site each day taking care to not damage landscaping/property.
We got multiple quotes and Flow pricing was detailed and reasonable for product used. I would recommend Flow to family , friends and neighbors without hesitation.

After receiving three quotes on reroofing a house in the Buckman neighborhood, I chose Flow as they both (1) provided a clear detailed quote with several options and (2) quoted a fair price (they were the middle on price). The roof work came first and was completed in three days. They have a very efficient roofing crew. It looks outstanding and I'm very happy with the upgraded ventilation. The gutters were replaced a week later by a different crew; they also did a very professional job. I really appreciate that they worked with me; they provided primed fascia boards which I painted the day before they replaced the boards that had dry rot. I recommend Flow unconditionally for your next roofing and/or gutter replacement.

Flow Roofing was great to work with from beginning to end. They did a wonderfull job on the roof and it only took 3 days to complete. The crew was very polite and did a excellent job cleaning up afterwards. We would recommend this company to anyone.
