HORRIBLE customer service. Call ahead to ask about returning shoes that I had worn but weren’t a good fit. Was told if they aren’t dirty you’ll get a refund. Drove 30+ mins to this location and was told I only get a gift card. What an absolute joke and waste of time.

Won the Footlocker Raffle for Jordan Retro 3 Black Cement 3.
The pair I inspected and paid for was a 9.5/10.
The Footlocker Employee *Spencer C / Oscar R.* handled the shoe with care as he took it out of the box for me to check and as he put it back in the box and paper wrapped it in full detail without single tare to the paper.
These footlocker guys take extra care with their inventory compared to other stores I went to.

Good athletic shoes and it’s targeted to that audience. Not as many casual or everyday shoes or sandals.

Ridiculously rude employees, I asked a worked a couple weeks ago for help and she completely ignored me and forgot to bring me the correct sizing after I asked 2 times for the Nike panda dunks. After she was done talking to her other coworker she finally gave me the shoe with a horrible attitude towards me, I believe her name was brisa or something along those lines but I am never returning! Footlocker check your employees this is not ok!

I tried exchanging slippers a few months ago. They were a gift. They didn't have my size so their employee told me to come back. I told him I dihave a receipt and asked if that was still possible. He said since it was just an exchange it would be fine. I ended up coming back another 3 times and the last time I went They told me they didn't have them and they had to put their shipment on hold. Today I went and the manager on duty had a very rude attitude with me since the beginning and said no. I tried explaining the situation but she still said it was my fault for not coming back and return them earlier even though I said I came 3 times prior. She was rude and did not have any patience to listen to what I had to say. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to go buy there again because their shoes might be ok but their employees are not professional at all.

They didn't have running shoes nor the other shoes I was looking for, so I was dissatisfied with their selection. One of their team members helped quite quickly, though.
