my son went in to buy some earrings the other day, when they went to sell them to him they offered a warranty, he politely declined it and they still slipped in the charge anyway. We live 92 miles away from this store so I tried to call and talk with the manager about it and guess what I got the same sales person (Judy) on the phone, she would not tell me when he worked and if I had a complaint call the cooperate office. Then hung up on me. if I were in charge there she would cease to be employed. What a piece of work she is. I will never go back here especially if she is working.

DO NOT BRING YOUR EXPENSIVE WATCH HERE! The women working there were very nice and they explained though they didn't have a watch specialist anymore, they could still change the batteries. They did, however the casing on the back was jammed half open half closed. I didn't see it until the next morning when I went to put it on. I brought it back and a different guy not only tried to tell me it's supposed to be like this, but he caught the rubber ring in the casing when trying to reclose it... making it worse! I'm livid. A $700 watch and it's scratched and the o-ring will most likely need to be replaced due to their negligence. If they can't do watches they should SAY they can't...not try anyway and damage my watch. I will NOT be going to them for jewelry cleaning or batteries again.

What is with requesting your phone number, email address and home address to pay for a freaking watch battery replacement? I left so furious! I should have stopped the interaction.

Great for a gift for my god child’s first communion gift. Great customer service as well from a lady (I think named Betty)

The sales staff are generally friendly and helpful, but for some reason this particular store in Tigard doesn't seem to have new or fresh merchandise; it's the same tired, stale looking merch from two (2) years ago. This review is only for one store location 375 in Tigard.

had a return (a broken saint Christopher's) within the last 5 months purchased. they (Robert Monaco) instead of returning the cash to me insisted that they repurchase a new one and give me the new one with also repurchasing a plan for it with the gift card that imo should have gone to me instead of propping his sales against the customer's wishes. I'll never go back here. this transaction also took about 30 minutes of standing in the jewelry because of only one very slow machine.

We do not have any Fred Meyers where I am from. This is considered a "hypermarket"; one stop shop for grocery, drugstore, banking, clothing, jewelry, home decor, home improvement, garden, electronics, restaurant, shoes, sporting goods, toys, etc. Quality/Quantity - Wow, look at all the choices for the local beers!!!! Makes Safeway shameful... Atmosphere - This place is HUGE, like a Walmart of supermarkets. I think I got lost looking for the beer aisle. How do you own your own jewelry store? Service - N/A. Price - Good, cheaper than Safeway. :) Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success, Fred Meyer, since 1931 from Portland Oregon. 1931-1981 - Independent. 1981 - Acquired by KKR. 1998 - Now part of the Kroger family.

First time in I easily found the items, or the area for the items if not NA. Plan to shop there regularly while in the area.

After losing our baby, my boyfriend wanted to get me the engagement ring of my dreams. They didn’t tell us until last minute that they didn’t have the emeralds in the size we needed. They didn’t communicate and at no point seemed to even care about any of it. “Sorry” or “how can we fix this” never once was uttered. Every day it was “oh we will call you tomorrow”. A diamond is a major investment and their level of unprofessionalism broke my heart. The engagement was supposed to be a surprise for my birthday and I instead now 1. Know about it 2. Have spent my birthday week angry and sobbing. Literally never want to step foot back in that store again.

Overwhelmed employees everywhere. Cannot ignore that all of them are still struggling to pay rent and food after their 40+ hours work week. Not to mention a public funds police officer there every night for a fortune500 company. Get your s*** together Kroger.

I used to love shopping here until I learned they were taking advantage of their employees. Instead of bargaining in good faith for fair labor practices over the holidays, you're blaming employees who have no choice but to strike for better working conditions.

I mean, it's a Fred Meyer. It's pretty much the same as all Fred Meyer stores. I went in to buy clothes for my newborn and there were literally zero options for 0-3 month baby clothes for boys or girls. That wasn't great but they aren't a baby clothes store so I couldn't be upset about it. The store was clean and displays were nice.

Terrible customer service and poor quality jewelry at a high cost! I attempted to make a return on a cheaply made piece of jewelry, and was outright ignored by the associates for several minutes when I got there. When they finally did get to me, what should have taken five minutes for a simple return turned into a long ordeal and associates working had no idea what they were doing. They each talked down to me throughout the encounter and were extremely unprofessional. Even with the rip off of a warranty they offer, I wouldn't waste your time or money here.
