Didn't like the excuse that they gave me at the store that they now suddenly won't accept their own brand discount coupons.
They have to be a store issued when they have always accept them.
Considering going elsewhere

This store is a scam.
They refused to honor a valid cupon, claiming they don't do that anymore.
There's no sign saying that.
I will never go back again.
Bad attitude.

I've had hit or miss experience here for my kids. Usually they are okay, sometimes a little rude. What I don't like about this location is that they won't take corporate coupons. Other locations in the local area that I have visited take the same coupons just fine. If you like using coupons, don't go to this location.

After going to this location for over 13 years, I walked in today to see a sign that they are no longer honoring Great Clips coupons, despite the fact that I have a valid one provided by their corporate team. Apparently, their owner is now too greedy to honor valid coupons now.
I love most of the people who work there, and feel bad that they have to deal with this. They are very frustrated as well. While there, I witnessed multiple people upset by this and walk out the door.
Better to skip this location and go to King City, Beaverton, or Sherwood. Better yet, don't go to Great Clips at all anymore.

Always a return customer for a quick and fast haircut at a resonable price. Staff is always nice and enjoy the electronic check in.

This is for the location on Barrows, and the old lady who sits close to wall. One of the rudest persons I have ever met. She was so rude when I sat down to make small talk, I could not believe it. Did not care about anything! Did not even try to cut my hair like the picture. I should have just left, my fault. Seems like so many complaints about her, she needs to be fired. Plus she can not cut a man's hair to save her life. Go back to school! LAZY!! Did not want to cut my hair one size shorter, says her clippers did not have those guards, Yeah, lie to my face here cuz you are rude and lazy! I wish I would have walked out. Had to cut hair elsewhere.
Will never go back to this location or most likely any great clips. The other workers seemed rude too and did not care. What an embarrassment to the establishment.

Clean establishment and havnt had a rude encounter. Though, my haircut is uneven with bad choppy layers and shorter than wanting. Completly on me but I didn't ask her to change it, I paid and left, the damage was done and i didnt believe she could have actually fixed it. The old lady basically gave me an uneven wolf cut which I didn't ask for.
I came here 2 years ago and either the same old lady or a different one gave me the worst bangs of my life.

Hairdresser visibly made a face when I stated the amount I wanted cut off. Overheard another employee’s conversation with a mother and her daughter. They asked if they could check in here and the employee replied “I guess”. $22+ tip for an uneven cut. I just wanted to leave.

The haircut was by far not what my son wanted. At first trying to be polite I asked her to fix it. Then I walked right outside and seen the other side of my son’s hair In the light well the worst haircut in history. I took him back inside and she had him wait then proceeded to cut the other persons hair. Now starting to getting really frustrated with this situation. She came back over and said she would fix it. Yeah as you should I paid for it. I felt real bad not knowing the other employee was the assistant manager told the person cutting my son’s hair she needed to check him online and the lady told the assistant manager to stop it’s fine she doesn’t need to that it’s a redo I felt real bad for her. The assistant manager was probably following protocol. The lady who cut my son’s hair should have attitude because she clearly does not know how to cut hair. I don’t think I could ever come back to this establishment except to talk with the manager personally. I’m sorry for the other employees who have to deal with this lady.

How is this place still open?They don't understand what you say, therefore are unable to follow even the simplest of requests.Mine was "please take one inch off the top".
