“I placed an order for several items on October 26, 2023. I received my items a week later with free shipping. All my items arrived well packaged and accounted for.Fast forward to today, 11/15/2023. I went detecting with my new gear, which were the Nokta finds pouch, I bought two of them. While out detecting today, I noticed that one of my pouches had a manufacturing defect. One of the zipper pockets was actually stitched together and it would not open to the pocket. I came home and called out to the store and got Bob and his associate on the line. Let me tell you, they immediately apologized and are sending me out a new pouch. They were super nice and helpful. Very very easy process, I wish all customer service issues were handle this easily.Also, I was on the market for the Nokta Legend LG 12x9 coil. I searched all over and could not find it. I do not like to use Amazon because I like to support US small businesses for my hobby purchases. These guys had in stock and got it out to me. Outstanding website, outstanding customer service, and very nice to talk to. I will absolutely be using them for my metal detecting needs!!Update: As I am writing this review, my new pouch has already shipped and I was sent a notification and tracking number.
